I have rented this cottage numerous times over the last 12 ish years and it never disappoints. Newest owners have kept the charm and made great improvements. MMVR is always an accommodating "dream" to deal with!

Very nice place. It was clean and well maintained. Very good location within walking distance to the beach. I, did, however, think that the back yard would be enclosed from the other property.

I had a great time. I was delighted entering the AC cottage on a very hot afternoon. I think it was a recent addition. A small hiccup on day 3 was fixed by the next afternoon. I found all I needed to cook; the beach was at the end of the street. I always avoid the cape town beach charge by going late in the afternoon. Cottage drains were a little noisy, but hot water was fine. I never figured ROKU out but managed to watch some TV during the week. Quiet part of the neighborhood, close to some great food (Chapin's/Sundae School/Dog House) Movies and thrift shops close too.
