Esta es una casa de reciente construcción en la base de Mt Buller en Merrijig. Esta casa ha sido diseñado pensando en las familias. Disfrutar de la vida salvaje en una ubicación de la corte familiar. Esta casa dispone de 3 dormitorios grandes dormir 15 con comodidad. Cada habitación tiene 1 Queen y 1 Tri Bunk (doble y single en la parte superior) - 5 plazas por habitación, ideal para 3 familias que desean unas vacaciones estupendas juntos. Hay calefacción y espacio para colgar en todas las habitaciones.
Hay un cuarto de baño principal / lavandería con 2 duchas independientes y 2 aseos independientes para mayor número.
El salón principal tiene tanto de aire acondicionado / calefacción y calentador de fuego de leña para que se acogedor en una noche de inviernos fríos.
Una cocina bien equipada con un gran horno de 900 mm, lavavajillas y un montón de espacio para comer para 15.
El salón cuenta con 3 amplios sillones de cuero para relajarse después de un largo día en la nieve, en la parte frontal del calentador de leña o disfrutar de una película en el televisor de pantalla grande.
Las grandes puertas correderas se abren a la terraza delantera, con una zona de estar, comedor y barbacoa para vivir al aire libre mientras disfruta de las excelentes vistas de Pinnacal Ridge.
También hay una terraza privada para disfrutar de lo que la naturaleza tiene para ofrecer.
En la planta baja hay una sala de secado y un área de almacenamiento para tablas y esquís.
Ven y disfruta de lo que el país alto tiene para ofrecer durante todo el año..

When we reach to check in after 3pm which was the check in time, cleaning was in progress, after a while when we entered, entire floor was wet and smelled of smelling mop.
After requesting a reasonable late check out, the host did not consider even for a second and rudely said no, not withstanding the fact that we had to check out later due to their own cleaning was delayed and floors were wet.
She called back with rude remarks and very strong language which obviously dampened the mood of the entire trip.
I would not stay at a place that is hosted by this individual.

Great facilities including amenities. Well setup for keeping the family warm. We loved the open living area and the closer off rooms for privacy between our 3 families. Dry room is awesome and there are lots of elements that made our stay easy (toys for kids, kitchen cooking appliances). Definitely a place we’d return too.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well set up with lots of beds. Was great for the 3 families we had.
Two toilets and two showers that are seperate so people can shower while others using bathroom.
Close to the mountain so great for day trips. Drying room super handy after being at snow. Lots of space.
Will definitely stay again next buller trip.

We stayed at Ryan's Alpine Lodge through the week. Though it was just our family of 4, it is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment (for 3 families) with a well stocked kitchen, BBQ, and oven to cater to everyone. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. Brenda is a wonderful host and had everything we needed ready.
Highlights:
1. Waking up to a multitude of colourful native birds, kangas and deer in the back yard.
2. Beautiful serene views of the mountains from the balcony.
3. Proximity to the entrance of Mt. Buller and Sterling.
4. The fireplace is warm and inviting and we spent many an evening curled up on the carpet in front of it.
Things to be mindful about:
1. Linen is not provided, but if you need some, put in a request to Brenda and she will work something out for you at an additional price. She sorted out our linen requirements quite seamlessly.
2. The local grocer is about 5-6 km away and you might wat to get to them before it gets too dark.
3. Take away is limited if not non-existent, closest being at the Sebel (quite expensive) and others in Mansfield (take away available but delivery is not)
4. You are better off bringing food to stock the kitchen when you come in.
5. Watch out for the animal poo in the drive way. And always leave your footwear outside in the designated area.
6. Wildlife scare away pretty easily, so, if you'd like to have them around tread very softly and maintain your distance.

Beautiful house with perfect location!!!!
Amazing house nested in quite area provide you all the privacy and comfort you require for your holidays. Very well designed and well equipped house with picturesque view from the window, balcony.
Just few minutes drive to mt buller gate.
Not to mention, we got to see kangaroos every morning just outside the windows, yay!!!
It has got very well equipped kitchen and much organised firewood, and wood blocks for it.
Its highly recommend for any one looking for stay in mt buller or surrounding area.

Great stay for a group! Plenty of room and purpose built!
Excellent facilities- space is definitely great for groups- we were 14 and it didn’t feel crowded. Good kitchen equipment and plenty of crockery! Not too far from the ski fields!

We went there with 3 families who have kids from age ranging 10 to 2. The house was beautifully planned to cater to all our needs.

Lovely place!
Me and my mates stayed for 3 days. We arrived and the house was immaculate, the kitchen was unbelievably well equipped. Everything in the house worked, nothing was broken. Very happy with my stay!
Unfortunately the only bad thing about the location is that there is no phone service at all until you are at least half way to Mansfield. Of course there is nothing that can be done about this, but it should be kept in mind to future residents.
Prime property for anyone staying during winter!

Perfect multi family stay home
Idillic location for a snow holiday. We had 4 generations staying here ranging from 3yrs to 77. No phone reception was an added bonus, means you can really relax. Everyone chilled out played games and enjoyed the serenity. Very well equipped, well thought out home.

We really enjoyed our stay
In particular we loved the kitchen and all the utensils required to cook a delicious meal with local produce.
The balcony area was amazing and the fire was just what we needed.

Amazing Lodge - Just Perfect
We had a great time. We stayed at the lodge during Easter.
The house is very big and plenty of space for everyone. 3 families with 7 kids in total and there was plenty of room for us all. The lodge is 20 minutes from Mansfield and even closer to Mt Buller park entry. The house was clean, excellent heating, and the TV has a VGA connection so you can watch your own movies from your laptop.
