perfect location

Beautiful and spacious apartment for all 6 of us in a wonderful location! it was a short stay but we’d love to return. Wonderful host as well!

Sistina House was the ideal accommodation for our family trip to Rome (two adults, two teenagers and a 10 year old) - from location to amenities it couldn't have been better for us.  On arrival we were given a warm welcome by the owner who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful (with great communication before and during our visit).  The apartment was just what we needed for a trip like this with kids - more spacious than expected, safe (being on the third floor gives an added feeling of security), comfortable and well equipped, which meant we were able to eat-in around the big dining table on a couple of evenings, and save on packing space as soap/shampoo etc. is provided.  Location-wise Sistina House is superb as you can walk to the major sites easily, and easily nip back to the places you'd enjoyed for another look which felt like a luxury.  It was the perfect home from home for our group and I'd definitely recommend it / will stay again if ever I have the chance! Thank you Raffaella, we had a brilliant time!  Tips: - There's a small but well stocked co-op supermarket 5-10 mins walk down the rd which is much better value / selection than the mini-marts on the street - The highly convenient city centre location of this apartment means it's in a busy area (as you'd expect) so maybe pack ear plugs if traffic will bother you at night

Charming apartment, comfortable beds, great location, gracious and helpful owners.

This is not a negative comment, but Google Maps has trouble finding the building.

the beds are not as comfortable as I would like, I think a better mattress is needed as I did not get a good sleep

Ensuite tiny, both bathrooms and kitchen a bit tired. But fine for the price.

Raffaella was great and very helpful.We enjoyed our stay very much during Christmas break. The apartment was very beautiful, nicely decorated and so close to all the attractions in Rome. We had incredible time! I highly recommend the Sistina House in Rome.

Very friendly management. Well equipped. Great location.

The hot water pressure could be stonger - i can imagine its a common issue in Rome, but still. Also a lack of an elevator - could pose some challenge for certain people.
