Nuestra impresionante cabaña de playa está a solo 30 pasos de la playa caminando sobre el # 3 en la encantadora comunidad cerrada de Carillon Beach. Disfrute de las prístinas playas de arena blanca de la costa Esmeralda desde nuestra acogedora cabaña de dos pisos y dos habitaciones.
Ubicado en un gran lote con exuberantes verdes y con un cenador para relajarse y tomar un café por la mañana o un cóctel por la noche. Esta casa de campo presenta un concepto de cocina abierta, con dos dormitorios arriba. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño con ducha. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen size con TV de pantalla plana, y el segundo dormitorio tiene literas juguetonas para los niños. También disfrutará de un balcón desde el dormitorio principal con dos sillas Adirondack para disfrutar de la brisa costera.
La pintoresca cocina está completamente equipada y le proporciona todos los utensilios de cocina que necesita para preparar el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. The location of this house is hard to top. Being so close to the beach access allowed us to quickly make trips to and from the house with our little kids and even squeeze in some time at the beach between rain showers on a few days. There is some wear and tear (broken blind in the primary bedroom that had to be retied at the top, door to a kitchen cabinet sitting on top of the fridge when we arrived, GFI that randomly triggered and shut off the power when no one was near a bathroom), but that's to be expected from a rental. The one thing that does need to be addressed is the window to the primary bathroom. The painters working on the house next door were up on ladders throughout our stay and had a clear shot to the toilet/shower. We ended up having to tape a trash bag over the window for privacy (we couldn't be certain if there was some privacy coating on the window that we just didn't know about). In any case, the new guest house next door will have a straight shot into the bathroom when complete (which looks to be soon), especially at night with the lights on. I'd suggest a window covering if possible. Overall, though, a nice little house in a great location.

We loved the super comfy couch and upstairs outdoor balcony. The home was clean and well stocked with lots of pots and pans and other cooking essentials. We plan to book again next year!

Great Location for Small Family
The location of this house is hard to top. It was the perfect distance from the beach and the access to the community pools was a huge sell for us and the house did not disappoint. The check-in process was seamless and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway.

First I want to highlight the great location of Happy Hour. Couldn't have asked for an easier walk from house to beach with kids, beach toys, etc. in tow. The property is very dated. Downstairs was clean and tidy but upstairs needs some updating. The carpet upstairs is dirty and rippling. The master bathroom was not clean and the shower has dirty grout with exposed mold. Shower head in the secondary upstairs bathroom would not adjust and was too high for our kids to use (no bathtub). Home is very compact--maybe great for a couple but not ideal for a family with small kids. Overall, we loved the location but would not rent again.

“Happy Place”
Loved staying at Happy Hour! This cottage had everything we needed. It was compact but spacious - perfect for a family of 4 (we took our 2 grown daughters). The location was great - just a quick walkover to the beach. Umbrella service was icing on the cake. Water pressure was better than ours at home. Air conditioning stayed cool the entire stay which was a big deal for us because the last two vacation homes we stayed at had a/c issues. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the sitting area outside which stayed shaded no matter how hot it was outside. Would definitely come back and I will forever remember Happy Hour as my “happy place”!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy and the covered outside sitting area was relaxing. We also took advantage of the walkway to the beach, sitting on the top at the table and chairs, feeling the breeze and watching the waves -- sipping cocktails.

Location
Distance to walkover and beach is as close as you can get without being in a much more expensive beachfront property. Lounger cushions and umbrella from Ed’s beach service that were provided by Happy Hour is a nice touch.
