Ich bin mit diesem Hotel immer sehr zufrieden. Das Personal und die Abläuge sind sehr professionell, die Zimmer sauber und das Bett super bequem.

So lange ich aus der Flasche trinken muss weil es keine Becher / Gläser gibt kann ich nur 9 1/2 Sterne vergeben.

Im Frühstücksraum viel zu warm, wenn es gut besucht ist kommt das Personal beim nachfüllen nicht nach.

Nice modern hotel, clean and cosy room. Very comfortable beds. There was no noise from outside, probably rooms are soundproof because was really relaxing and quiet inside the hotel. Breakfast was good open buffet with many food options.Good location, just 25 mins by walk to city central. definitely recommended

Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer inkl. Bad, sehr sauber alles, tolles Frühstück - in Summe waren wir sehr zufrieden

Personal war super nett, Hotel war sauber. Anstatt die Zimmerreinigung an einem Tag, konnte man ein Freigetränk an der Bar einnehmen.

Die Kissen waren zu groß, im Bad war die Klappe über der Dusche locker und ist runtergefallen

Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal sehr aufmerksam - am Wochenende war die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich ausgebucht - demzufolge zu wenig Personal???

Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen - habe selbst das Kabel gesucht und auch gefunden - scheint bei Holiday eine Krankheit zu sein - in Wuppertal war es in einer Woche nicht möglich den Fernseher zur Verfügung zu stellen - obwohl in den Beschreibungen mit einem tollen Fernseher geworben wird. Am letzten Tag - obwohl auschecken bis 12 Uhr möglich ist - war ein Zugang zum Zimmer gegen 10 Uhr 15 nicht möglich mußten zweimal an der Rezeption reklamieren??

The hotel is good. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful.

The location. Nothing around the hotel - cafes, bakeries, restaurants.

The hotel is modern and clean, in a good location 10 minutes' walk from Berliner Tor station (underground trains and also S-bahn over ground to the airport). The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfasts were excellent with a mixture of German and British foods. Despite being from a machine, the coffee was also good.

There is construction work going on in the street between the hotel and railway station but it is a minor nuisance and outside the hotel's control. The hotel has recently gone "cash free", which didn't cause me a problem but I disagree with the policy in principle.

Overall spectacular from check in to checkout. Hotel and room cleanliness were outstanding.

Rooms are noisy (windows don't keep traffic noise out) We had no towels. Tried to call reception 3 times, no reply...

Location wasn’t bad in terms of distance to airport and the centre of Hamburg but wasn’t the safest area to walk around. The train station was only a 5 min walk but you have to walk through a green space with drug users and unsavoury people having around.

The hotel main areas were clean and tidy and the rooms & beds were comfortable but our room was not cleaned for the duration and at the end of the stay they said they didn’t clean it because we didn’t use the sign which was not in an obvious place in the room so didn’t see it.

Room was clean, ıt's nice to have a iron in the room. You need to use transportation to go touristic center from the hotel.
