My children liked the courtyard, they had a lot of fun.

The bed could be more comfortable, the mattress was through the middle. The presence of the office as well as the employees in the inner courtyard is disturbing, in some cases there was too much noise.

- New and well decorated. - Close to underground, bars and Intermarche supermarket. - Very quiet at night. - Completly kitchen and good to have two separated spaces. - Good to have a baby cot.

Just some little things that I think the owner should take in mind: - The WC extractor is turned on all the time and it's impossible to warm the apartment. - The heating from the room is too noisy (scpecially if you have a baby sleeping next to it). - Vacum was completly stucked and it didn't work properly. - As other reviews said, the floor was not very clean (dust and some hair on it). - For hygiene I think the mattress and bed pillows should be portected with a cover besides the bed sheets. - Check the kitchen utensil because we find some were dirty.

We were going to an event at Accor Arena so the location was perfect. The check in info was excellent. The space and decor is faultless. The TV with Netflix was a huge bonus. We also appreciated the coffee machine and capsules. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here. Much bigger than 2 hotel rooms would have been and we loved staying in a local area. There was a local market at the end of the road on Friday, which was great to browse and buy some groceries.

The main bed was too hard / uncomfortable for me. The shower door leaks even when shut so we had to use most of our allocated towels to mop the water up. In the end we angled the shower head into a corner but this meant we had to shower is a very tight space. I would also suggest they clean / look at the air filter in the bathroom ceiling, it doesn't look great with big grey marks, not sure if this is a build up of something from the air or cement but doesn't look hygienic (although the flat itself was spotless). I would also suggest they consider providing a second set of keys. This flat can technically sleep 4 and we found it a problem when we split up to do separate activities as you can't get near flat without the key fob. My husband was working from the flat, I was shopping across town and my son couldn't go to the shop because he couldn't get back through the internal door from the hallway to the apartment. A second fob would have been great!
