It was already our second time here and we loved it again. We liked the very comfortable beds, everything super clean, good location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was super super helpful, they helped us with absolutely everything.

Emplacement proche du centre à pieds mais au calme. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. La chambre était grande et propre, le ménage fait tous les jours. Bon airco. Le toit terrasse avec le jacuzzi est un plus

Close to the Center of town. It was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful.

Easy to access as were the check-in and check-out processes. We came with heavy luggage and the front desk staff immediately offered us a first floor room instead (no elevator). We also woke up to a leaky faucet and they immediately fixed it. Breakfast was large and delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Good breakfast, clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful regarding all kinds of inquiries and/or wishes. While not directly in the center of Santa Marta it is very easy to walk there (<5 min) and we did enjoy quiet nights.

Very clean with good breakfast and close to everywhere

The breakfast was really good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was 10 minutes walk from all the places we wanted to go and 15 minutes from the beach. The room was really big and had air conditioning.

The only problem we had is the hotel had two power cuts in the three nights whilst we were there meaning the air con turned off during the night and it was pretty hot. The hotel didn't compensate for that, but did manage to fix it before we left. The sink is also not in the bathroom, which I found a bit odd.

Our room was big and very clean. The bed was duper comfortable also clean. Service was just spectacular- we arrived past check in time and still had a lovely and welcoming reception. We stayed there before we went on the 4 day trek for the Lost City and they were so lovely to accept to store out bags there at no cost. Breakfast is nice, there's a few options from veggie to meaty. Location is also very good, close to markets and less than 10 minutes wlak to city centre, and still remarkably quiet. I'd recommend!

Comfy bed, room was very clean and location is great, walking distance (9min) from Parque de los Novios. At first, they gave us a room where the AC was not working at all but once I let them know about it, they moved us to another room immediately. Staff is very nice!

You have to take taxi back to the hotel if it’s after 9pm because streets are a bit more empty and you wouldn’t feel safe.

The hotel is so nice and clean, probably the nicer we found in Colombia up to now. Staff friendly and really helpful with all our requests. Breakfast is really great! I loved this place!

Before leaving a cockroach entered our room, but I think its something normal for theses places . Location is next to cemetery and the street looks a bit isolated, but it was totally fine at the end

Very clean and very helpful friendly staff! the breakfast was delicious and good portion sizes. They also let me do a load of washing which was very kind. It is a very close walk to the bus station where you can take a bus to Minca.

Our bedroom opened onto the central courtyard so it was quite loud but not too bad.
