The stay itself was spectacular, with the private pool and walkable distance beach. Very peaceful. Good spa services.

The facilities provided by the staff including trips, which were not upto the standard especially the boat ride which ended up horribly with them asking for more money. The final bill(including food)was over-exaggerated, check thoroughly. There is also a 3% credit card fee, so carry cash.

Despite the priceraise the villa is still located perfectly and is a very special place to spend some time with your loved ones!

The villas have new owners since 4 months. They raised the prices for food and for a taxi transfer to Bangsal port with almost 300% compared to the previous owner. For example a taxi transfer was 100k, is now 250k. Maincourse Mie Goreng was 50k, is now 170k (plus additional 15% tax).

It was a wonderful surprise - it was so much more than we expected both in the facilities and the terrific service from staff and management. Beautifully designed, very classy and comfortable. The chef was exceptional in making local food and was open to sharing his Beef Rendang secrets (the best we've ever had). Sire Beach is a magical place - close the the Gilis but not overrun with tourists.

The early morning call to prayer took some getting used too.

The location was out of this world. Amazing!

I didn’t love that the villa was essentially open staff would arrive unannounced( as lovely as they were) it impacted on privacy.

The location of the Beach Villa is perfect, the interior very tasteful and the staff is great. We had excellent food and they took care of everything. We recommend the Villa to all who are looking for peace and relaxation (you get used to the prayers from the mosque). We hope to come back!

secluded, close to the beach

not many options for meals and rather expensive.

the grounds are amazing. we stayed in the beach villa. well stocked kitchen with supplies. excellent management - Jacqueline is super helpful. very peaceful location after Bali it was nice to chill out. you do need to understand that it is quite far from a lot of touristic facility like western groceries. we brought some in and bought eggs down the street in the village so we’re fine.

the only quibbles was the bed is harder than I like but it suits Asian style.

The spacious villa, super private, ‘own’ beach, big living area outside to chill on the sofa. And of course the pool.

Did not bother me, but bare in mind you can hear the mosque. Actually everywhere on the island.
