Elhelyezkedés jó, közel van a pályaudvar. A szoba nagy, az ágy kényelmes. A Tv-n bejön a YouTube.
Egy több szobás kolónia, közös folyosóval, konyhával, hűtővel, kávéfőzővel.
Szoba kétszemélyes ággyal - saját fürdőszobával. Így foglaltuk, és fizettük ki. Ez nem volt igaz, csak félig, mert a szobában nem volt fürdőszoba. A közös folyosóról nyílt egy kis helyiség, - mindig legyen rajtad valami ha kimész a WC-re! - kaptunk hozzá kulcsot, ennyi volt a saját. A WC helyiség végében volt egy kis zuhanyzófülke.
A képen látható sötétítőfüggöny is hiányzott.
A falak vékonyak, mindig felébredtünk ha a szomszédok hazajöttek éjszaka, és becsapták a bejárati tömzsi ajtót. Egyszer meg nekem kellett kimenni, belülről kinyitni az egyik szomszédnak, mert nem tudott a kulccsal bejönni. Dörömbölt, csengetett kínjában.
A reggeli nem volt egy nagy szám, előre kiporciózott csomagolt kétszersült, bolti szikkadt kis croissant és kávé kapszula.
A tulajdonossal nem találkoztunk, az érkezés napján jött egy üzenet milyen kóddal mehetünk be a kapun, és a 7. emeleti lakásba. Szerencsére a kis lift mindig működött.
Le kellett tölteni egy addig még soha nem használt alkalmazást a WhatsApp-ot. Ide régi Nokia-val ne gyere! Majd mindenféle hozzáférési engedélyek után ott lehetett az igazolványaink fényképét elküldeni egy megadott telefonszámra.
Ketten voltunk, kettőnknek 5 kávé kapszulát hagytak a szobában. Itt már jó volt a WhatsApp, mert ott erre rákérdeztem, hogy miért csak ennyi? Hiszen mi két adag reggelit fizettünk ki. Másnap, vagy harmadnap az ajtóban várt egy szatyor további 5 db kávé kapszulával.
Az 5 éjszakára vonatkozó helyi idegenforgalmi adó utáni 20 €-t pedig egy borítékban kellett ott hagyni.

Nulla perché nessuno ha risposto alla mia prenotazione e sono rimasta fuori senza sapere cosa fare per un'ora..
Ho prenotato alle 9 di mattina indicando che sarei arrivata alle 12:30. Mi arriva solo la conferma di Booking della prenotazione. Alle 12:30 arrivo e inizio a telefonare al cellulare indicato nella conferma. Nessuno risponde. Riprovo. Squilla a vuoto. Dopo mezz'ora un condomino apre il portone e salgo sino al piano indicato: due porte anonime e nessuna indicazione che fosse un B&B. Inizio a pensare ad una truffa. Continuo a chiamare ma nessuno risponde.. alla fine disperata decido di prendere una camera in un hotel vicino perché avevo le valigie e non potevo fare altrimenti. Risultato 45 euro spesi per questa camera fantasma + 80 di hotel.. e ho aspettato a contattare booking ore in attesa che il numero indicato mi contattasse... Niente!!!

Location was great, near Bari Centrale train station.Neigbourhoud was quit and calm.Very big apartment, comunication was very good also self check in and check out
Some furniture and walls, also bathroom needs renovation, door on terace in kitchen could not be close

Location was ok., walking distance to the main points. Parking was on the street near to the apartment. Host communication was good with clear guidance.
Apartment as it self was like from 90thies. For example bathroom and kitchen (there was oven which all indications were extinguished and it was not clear how to use it). Rooms were good.

Very good location, train or bus stations are near. The old city can be reached by foot in few minutes. The appartment is comfortable, the owners are friendly and helpfull.

Location was perfect, near to center of the city, to beach and old town. Bedrooms were big and comfort. The apartment was clean.
We rent a car at the airport and we met some difficulties on finding available parking places around the accommodation.

Fine location, and big rooms, the owner was really nice and attentive.
Small stove, not comfortable shower, as the stick you had to hold it.

Only cleaner make me feel human being here. She saw my son sleep on baby stroller, and asked me go inside.
1. The owner is so unsupported, mentioned on booking will come around 11,12h. But my family with child 2y. Have yo wait outside with luggages. Weather is so cold, no restaurant open around here before 12PM. We have to wait after 3PM.
2. Room is not clean, smoking , humidity smell.
3. Included breakfast with out of dated and moldy cake.
It's so bad, my mood feel down to 0 here.

The fact that is near the train station and it is easy to get there.
In the description there is stated that breakfast is included but that is not the case. It is true that there is everything there to make breakfast yourself but then don't state that breakfast is included. Furthermore, during one of the day where we stayed, someone knocked on the door but until I got out of bed the person opened the door, entered the apartment, opened a closed door, took something and left. I find this totally unacceptable. Plus the communication with the owner was very bad. As we arrived, she answered all my questions but after that, no response. She responded after we left, but in italian and until then in english.

Quiet apartment.
There was no ventilation in the rooms then.
Please make the breakfast better. There could be some yogurt in the fridge or few slices ham, cheese. Jam and dry bread should not be called breakfast.

The host was very kind to allow us to drop our bags off prior to check in. It was a short distance 5 min walk from the train station. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is spacious but it really needs to be updated.
One of the single beds was not made correctly it was missing the sheets and pillow case. Upon inspection of that bed their was what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress cover. The room has no a/c and your on the 7th floor. This was over sight on my part however, a fan or two would have been nice. The part of town the apartment is located is really noisy so if your not use to city life you may want to look else where. I had contacted the host about these issues and there was no response from them. Overall cleanliness of the room is subject, I personally didn’t find to be as clean as other places I have stayed.

renovation - it is absolutely outdated and with some broken accessories. The kitchen needs renovation too and misses some essential items like glasses for water and salad bowls.

the location was ideal, very close to the station and the city.
the entrance and lift are clean , safe and well maintained
there was no living room.
the bidet was dirty when we arrived.
the shower hose is too short and can’t be hung up
the toilet seat is loose and it has been that way since 2020( mentioned in a review)
the kitchen is very basic and too small for 6 people to sit at the table.

the breakfast was dreadful, we were provided with 12 croissants and 12 coffee capsules for 6 people for 6 days -

Location, space, price
The apartment has a very good location, just 2 minutes away from central.station and close to the city center as well. The apartment was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and with all amenities. We had a great time and woud love to stay there again in case we visit Bari.

Very close to the train centre. Like 10 minutes. Big spacious rooms. Big beds. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Easy access in the house.
It was kinda uncomfortable having only one bathroom for 5 people and it was mostly clean-ish, but we did find a bug in the bathroom. The neighborhood wasn't super nice, but it was 20 minutes walking to the old town. We did have to wait quite a while because the receptionist told us to let them know one hour in advance when we arrive, but as we were in the plane, we couldn't get in touch. Not a big deal, but some people might not enjoy waiting for half an hour. Also, the receptionist barely spoke English. Quite cold in the house, so I recommend asking how to work the thermostat not to freeze. We figured it out the next day with the help of mighty Google.

Close to the Central Station în Bari, close to the shops, very nice host, he explained to us all the insights of the city and sourroudings.
