the staff is super friendly and helpful, they have gone above and beyond to support us with your arrangements and transfers. the rooms are comfortable, and have everything you need. location is perfect.

The hotel does not look like the pics, it is dirty, messy. The room was very cold, the heating could not warm up the place, and there was no hot water

Check in chaotic. Also we weren't told the times the doors would close and how to get in. Staff should be clearer when giving key information. Only one option at breakfast.

it was warm . the floor with heating makes it really comfortable. the bathtub was huge . it is really quiet , like deadly quiet .

1.-there is no Mountain View at all. like even not close , our windows were staring right to the neighborhood hotel’s windows . 2. the “exceptional breakfast “ mentioned here it’s just a slap to the face - for breakfast you can have baodzi , a boiled egg(one) and a glass of soy milk. it was served at the dirty table , with ashtray full of cigarettes. 3. the TV - you can not take your USB with you, cos it will not work there . the main TV in the lobby - the don’t have a TV remote to switch from the cable to menu , if you want to watch your movie there . so no cinema night . No projector. 4.they are not cleaning rooms , not making beds , not taking away the trash.

Very good room - big and spacey. Amazing bed. Good shower and water pressure. The location is okay good. I can recommend it for one or two nights but not for a long stay.

I think the manager was drunk or did drink that day - I felt a strong alcohol smell. It is not very professional. A bit noisy - could hear neighbours and the street sounds.

The beds were very comfortable and it was a great location in Shuhe Ancient town.

Did not take visa. The picture of the cool pool table and bar at the hotel does not exist. Hot water was hit or miss with it taking forever to heat up. Plumbing issues. We tried booking through the hotel an excursion and they did not do a good job of communicating and then booked us on the wrong excursion. Breakfast not kid friendly (bad coffee and one boiled egg with noodles).
