breakfast wasn't that good!
The coffee for breakfast wasn't good.
Some of the glasses weren't clean during breakfast.
The tea for the breakfast was good
The room was clean, and the toilet and shower were clean as well. The staff were helpful.

Very helpful staff especially Ayder. He was so helpful and always available when needed. Also, the chef Adnan was adept and competent.
The location was bad. A 15 min walk around 1.3 km to nearest metro station. It was exhausting and time consuming.

Price is high to the room. It’s not like a 4 star hotel. staff isn’t cooperative. Hygiene is not what you expect.

Spacious rooms, great bathroom, comfortable.
Breakfast could have been better, location is a bit far from the centre but it’s easy to get with buses. Wi-Fi was very bad in our room.

only location as it was near the hospital we have to go on daily basis for my wife treatment.

everything was great. this is the 2nd time we visit this hotel and we are very satisfied with the customer service and the comfort which this hotel offered us
the bathroom glass door inside the shower was not closing properly

minimal acceptable standard. no bar. dark and not near any nice restaurants unless you call walking ten minutes up a steep hill near.

the room was very spacious and modern, staff is extremely polite and supportive. Location is good, easy to catch a taxy or walk nearby to the mall and all surrounding areas.
We had some issues with the internet in the middle, however the staff call an IT specialist and the issue was resolved within 15 min. Breakfast can be a bit more diverse but overall it was very good.

Nice, quiet large room with a large bathroom with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Reception was very helpful and the location was central and close to metro/shopping centre.
Better options at breakfast would have been nice. :)

Not much, had a small bathroom and small bedroom not as spacious as images online
Very poor wifi, not much variety for breakfast, one small lift, power cuts on first day, room service didn’t change bedding nor vaccum just made beds, quiet untidy in corridors

the staff or front desk managers were super helpful and professional.
the hotel is near to Sisli’s metro station, easy transportation.
the furniture was very old and damaged, from the pillow case to the sofa. They need a full make up for the furniture.

It is a nice hotel not too far from the airport, staff very pleasant and helpful especially Rania who speaks Arabic, English and Turkish, she was amazingly great.
There are few shops and restaurants nearby.
1. Very small lift.
2. No toilet facilities in the lounge.
3. Only two breakfast options, same every day.
