the property needs serious restoration almost all the doors are not working. overall it’s looks like the house looks like it’s being abandoned for years

a lot of bugs , the jacuzzi inside the House wasn’t working properly (and bugs inside ) , not enough kitchen stuff , webs spiders in bathrooms and some leaks .

The parking place was hard to access and to get out of, check- in hours weren’t respected by the staff

The whole mansion was in a bad shape and it was dirty at arrival. Furthermore, intrusion of water in nearly all rooms; some rooms are showing mildew; the water in the whirlpool was not change at our arrival and so dirty; the equipment of the kitchen was rudimentary, old and the dirty. In general, all furniture was in a bad state, in particular the shower cabins. Additionally, there was no safe as promised in the description and there is no cleaning services if not expressively requested. The towels are only changed upon request. The 5* ranking is a joke, as well as the value for money.
