La casa, recién renovada, tiene una terraza privada desde la cual se pueden admirar docenas de cúpulas, el Vesubio y todos los mil colores de esta increíble ciudad.

La casa cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios totalmente amueblados, un salón con sofá cama y una cocina equipada, baño privado con ducha y artículos esenciales (toallas, secador de pelo, jabón y champú). La casa está en el último piso de un antiguo edificio de interés histórico. Cuenta con una gran terraza panorámica, desde la cual es posible admirar, a la derecha, el cerro Vomero, Castel Sant'Elmo, San Martino; a la izquierda, el Vesubio, la Catedral de Nápoles y los característicos techos napolitanos del centro histórico. El apartamento está ubicado en el característico San Gregorio Armeno, famoso por la exhibición de cunas y pastores de los maestros artesanos napolitanos.
Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a todas las áreas del apartamento.
El edificio se encuentra a pocos pasos de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad, incluida la Catedral de Nápoles, la Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, el metro de Nápoles, la Capilla Sansevero, la Via dei Tribunali, la Piazza del Gesù, el Museo Madre y el Museo Arqueológico Nacional. Desde la estación de Piazza Garibaldi es posible caminar en 15 minutos o en metro, línea 1 dirección Piscinola, Dante o parada universitaria. Looking at Google Street view I was a little apprehensive. But we felt so fortunate to have stayed at this property in the middle of Naples. The building sits at the crossstreet of a famous lane for shopping for nativity scenes and one of the great walking streets of Naples. It was busy most evenings with happy people on their nightly strolls. It always felt safe, vibrant and happy. Some of the famous pizza places in Naples are literally 2-3 minutes walk. The awesome National Archaeological museum is 10 minutes away and the quick train to Pompei and Herculaneum is a 20 minute walk (or even quicker via subway).
The stairs up to the place are indeed serious and if you have a lot of luggage it may be a struggle, but once up, the place is very well furnished. It has two comfortable beds in separate rooms making it a good spot for 4 people. And the terrace is amazing. We loved having coffee in the morning looking down on that great walking street and watching the kids walking to school. At night the street was busy and a pleasure to watch with a beer, but the terrace and the apartment were quiet. To the left is a terrific view of Vesuvius.
Dario, our contact during our stay, was prompt, helpful, and fun to communicate with. We never met but his texts were clear and all we needed. We would happily stay here again. The building is very secure with either a key to the entrance or a guard out front, plus, who else is going to walk up all those stairs? Ha ha. Wonderful stay.

Stairs are no joke with a suitcase. Just as others described. We were a bit concerned with the entrance of the stairway but apartment was clean and the air worked great. Cool street. Short stay for us but we enjoyed it. Great communication with the owners.

The apartment was spacious and clean and terrace was very nice. You must be prepared for the 5 flight (110 steps) to reach the apartment. The host was very helpful.

The terrace makes this whole property, it’s a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle below. The property was clean, beds comfy.
Cons: Must be fit to climb the 7 flights of stairs, kitchen could be better appointed, there was no sharp cutting knife, it would be a challenge to prepare meal due to this fact. Would recommend just for the terrace!

We loved our stay in the heart of the historic centre. The apartment was perfect for our family with an awesome terrace and view. It was so peaceful way up above the busy streets. It's well worth climbing the 120 steps. Thanks Dario.

We had an excellent stay, right at San Gregorio Armeno and Spaccanapoli, minutes from anything. The terrace was a perfect place to relax in the evenings, and the apartywas airy and comfortable. Yes, there are something like 114 steps up but the upside is you are far above the street noise and get a lovely view. Dario was always available by text if needed.

Idéalement situé dans le centre historique, l'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé, la terrasse est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Vésuve.

Über den Straßen von Napoli
Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend möbliert, die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Übergabe des Appartements war problemlos. Der Vermieter hat uns die Koffer die Treppe heraufgetragen. Die Treppen sind schon zunächst eine Herausforderung. Gut, dass wir auf unseren vorhergehenden Wanderungen an der Amalfiküste trainiert haben Treppen zu steigen. Obwohl in den unteren Gassen das Leben tobt, ist es in der Wohnung ruhig.
Wir haben gerne in der Wohnung gewohnt.

Een oase van rust in het mooie maar hectische Napels
Zeer mooi en aangenaam appartement. Zeer centraal gelegen. Dario was zeer behulpzaam ook om onze valies 124 treden naar boven te krijgen. Iets meer keukengereedschap (vb.aardappelmesje, grote theepot...) zou het nog aangenamer maken.

He was always willing to answer any questions and he provided us a lot of helpful tips for getting around Naples. We were able to meet him at the property when we arrived and drop off our bags (so we didn't have to carry them around until check-in time). Dario met us there, helped with our bags, and gave us a tour of the flat. By the time we were done, the flat was ready and we could check-in, no problems! It was perfect! The flat itself is gorgeous! The views from the rooftop patio are breathtaking and we enjoyed many evenings sitting out with a glass of wine taking in the view. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Naples! Thank you, Dario for everything it was spectacular!

We loved our time in Naples! This property was the perfect location for our stay. Dario was fantastic from the moment we booked until we checked out. Great location and rooftop terrace
We loved our stay in Dario’s flat. Once you get up all the stairs, you get to a nice, clean flat with a rooftop terrace with amazing views of Naples, including Vesuvius. Dario is very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works perfectly and amazingly enough, it’s really quiet, despite it being in the middle of the old town. One little note, you have to go through one bed room to get to the other. For us as a family of four, that was not a problem. We recommend this as a base for exploring Naples.

Perfect and quiet apartment in the busy city centre
The appartement has a perfect location in the middle of the centro storico. It is very well equiped and the most important, there is a beautiful roof terrace. Look at pictures: what you see is what you get.

Amazing apartment
We can’t say enough about this place. The location was incredible - you are right in the heart of historic central Naples. Tons of shops and dining options in every direction. Apartment itself was very nice - the patio and views were amazing by themselves. Lastly, the property manager was great - Dario and his brother Ferdinando were incredibly helpful and responsive.

The rooftop balcony was the highlight of the apartment, and was used exclusively for eating and relaxing...perfect for breakfast or after touring Naples. I don’t think we ever sat in the living room or kitchen! Dario was a wonderful host, answering any questions promptly and was helpful in making travel arrangements when leaving Naples. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we would stay again should we find ourselves in Naples. Thank you Dario!

Im Herz vom Herzen der Stadt
Zentraler unterkommen geht nicht: Direkt am Spaccanapoli, der Hauseingang von der Krippenstraße her - da ist die gesamte Altstadt leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen! Dazu ist die Wohnung weit genug oben, dass man auch auf der wunderbaren Terrasse von keinem Lärm gestört wird. Und der Blick! ...aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf den Vesuv, von der Terrasse bis auf Castel Nuovo - ein Traum!
Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit - er trug uns die Koffer herauf und herunter - und gibt wertvolle Tipps für Stadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Auch hat er sich während unseres Aufenthaltes erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei, ob wir etwas bräuchten oder wissen wollten... ein wahrer Neapolitaner!
Von hier aus kann man Neapel wirklich kennen- und liebenlernen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr freundlich, hell, sauber, geräumig. man merkt ihr an, dass sie vor Kurzem liebevoll restauriert wurde. Alles ist sehr solide und wohnlich. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, gerade abends zum Ausklingen des Tages oder schon zum Morgenkaffee.
Alles in allem: Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!

The many flights of stairs can make it a tough climb but once you arrive on the rooftop patio and see the view of Mt.Vesuvius it's the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for a wonderful memory.
