El apartamento se encuentra en la esquina de un edificio ubicado en el centro histórico, luminoso y con vistas a la Piazza del Bastione, los jardines y el mar. Se encuentra en 2 niveles: en la 1ª habitación doble, habitación con cama individual, cada habitación tiene un baño con ducha; en el segundo nivel, cocina, sala de estar con sofá cama doble y un inodoro con lavabo. Garaje privado. El vecindario ofrece muchas comodidades: restaurantes, cafés, supermercados y tiendas, y es fácil a pie para el tren y los barcos. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio antiguo de 1500, pero fue completamente restaurado en 2018, en el centro histórico, tiene capacidad para 5 personas. Muebles totalmente nuevos. Los numerosos baños permiten la máxima libertad. La cocina está muy bien equipada, y debajo de la casa hay un supermercado, una tienda de verduras y un taller de pasta fresca, pero también hay pizzerías muy cercanas y pequeños restaurantes, cafés, heladerías. a pie también puede llegar fácilmente al famoso mercado de la calle Piazza Cavour, que abre todas las mañanas de lunes a sábado.

Lovely apartment in La Spezia. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to train station to explore cinque Terre!

Look no further for a place to stay in La Spezia! We stayed here as a base for visiting Cinque Terre as the train station is a easy 10 minute walk away. To begin, communications with Cristina was great as she responded to all my inquires right away which I really appreciated and check-in and check-out were a breeze. This apartment is super clean with all amenities including air conditioning and 2.5 bathrooms! There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that my 2 young adult sons took and my husband and I had the main floor. We were very comfortable in this space and found that La Spezia has a lot to offer on it's own so add some time to check out the area. Don't miss Triangoleria Rizzoli for delicious sweet and savory pastry.

Fabulous location for Cinque Terre and day trips to Portofino and Santa Margarita. Wonderful spot with 3 sleeping areas, 3 full baths and AC. Excellent set up with washing machine, TV, and internet access. Loved it!

This property is splendid. Starting with the communication to check-in checkout, it couldn’t have been easier. The central la Spezia location made it so easy to get around the town, and served as an optimal launching point for visiting the 5terre towns. The ferry station and the train station were easily reachable, both within a 10 - 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Now about the apartment. First, it was spotless, well appointed, with all the amenities, including in the kitchen , baths (there are 2.5!) and the bedrooms. The instructions were clear and comprehensive, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. One of the best, if not THE best, we have ever rented in almost 20 years of vacation renting.

Pleasant in La Spezia
We enjoyed our stay in Cristina’s property. Bed was super comfortable and shower room although small but nice. The noise from the square in the front was loud on Saturday but ok on other nights. I hope Cristina will put a sign on or near the door so as to give future renters some confidence they are trying to open the correct apartment. Overall very comfortable
