Christine at reception was brilliant. Organised a breakfast box and everything was on time. Staff were all excellent.
When I had a difficulty getting back to the hotel on time it became difficult to change the night of my stay. Eventually the hotel helped me out but initially it wasn't easy.

One of the best stays in S.E. Asia.
The staff were magnificent, friendly, efficient, caring, and one could see they took pride in their work.
Having experience in hospitality myself, I would like to give special thanks to all those involved in the breakfasts, and especially those working at the Christmas Eve Dinner!
Being a solo traveller is at times difficult, but I was so well looked after and cared for.
Being made to feel like a treasure on Christmas eve, was an absolute highlight.
They even left us a little gift Christmas stocking outside our rooms with biscuits - too adorable.
The facilities are immaculate.

The Absolute only comment that I could leave is that 2 extra bins [1 in the bathroom and 1 in the living room section] could be added.
Might I add this is honestly only for convenience sake and the entire stay was sublime and perfect.

Well-trained staff, very polite, conscientious and very helpful. What you would expect from a five star hotel. They were not pretentious and didn’t surround you or bother you but were attentive
Very poor choice of food, and for a very poor country well over the top on price. Especially when we ate out a lot and the quality of the majority of restaurants was on a par with the hotel. Perhaps the restaurants weren’t as grand and opulent as the hotel, but all else was.

The buffet dinner and breakfasts had me bursting at the seams, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool provided hours of relaxation, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel decorations were inspiring.

Breakfast I feel some dishes are not freshly made, like breads and waffle , some hard and fruits also spoil and still keep at the menu,, maybe they repeating the leftover 😅
Pls update some international menu, rather than sushi section pls add a few more variety for vegetarian guest, as there's only bread option for vegetarian...

Most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Great sized rooms, spacious, well appointed bathroom and strong air-conditioning.
Efficient and smooth check in and check out. Buffet breakfast is awesome but too crowded on new year's day where the kitchen could not replenish food and drinks fast enough.
Would stay again if the prices are good 👍
Housekeeping did not replace bathrobe (which was placed in laundry basket on day 3) nor replenish bedroom slippers and toiletries for a 6- night stay.

Awesome hotel that have not let their standards drop like many others during covid. Everything is pristine and it's just brilliant hotel. Check out the carpets in the hallways when you go to your room. Sheer quality as you bounce along as if in air.
Check out was slow but I had to leave at 5am so understandable
