If you're looking for a clean place without a free breakfast and small rooms, this place is for you.

The breakfast was amazing, but it wasn't free. Still, it was worth the money. The pancakes were amazing, and so were the potatoes,

I think the rooms are super tight. I appreciate something a bit roomier. Too many lights that can't be individually controlled above the bed.

Great stay at a lovely pet friendly hotel.

My husband and I were stranded in North Platte due to a winter storm closing the roads. We were grateful to have the Tru Hotel as an option for our overnight stay.

Amazing place!

This was honestly the coolest place my husband and I have ever stayed, and we travel often! All of the staff was fantastic! Everything was super clean, and the rooms were incredibly efficient and comfortable. The dispensers for the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are brilliant. We loved all the options available for snacks and drinks and the great breakfast choices. We will definitely stay again and look for Tru by Hilton places from now on!

There is nothing we would change, other than we wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean,comfortable and convenient.

Breakfast was perfect.Nice variety.We come through about twice a year and will not stay anywhere else.Conveniently located next to two nice places to eat & have cocktails.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Location of the hotel was great. Right off the highway and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Room was new, modern and clean. Breakfast the next day was a nice bonus. Not sure when I’ll be back in North Platt again, but if/when I do come back I would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfortable. Tv was very good. Staff was friendly. Like pancake machine.

Sink in bathroom drain smelled like mold. Would like to have ice water at breakfast in breakfast area.

Rooms are small and the decor was sparse and cheap looking. Very noisy as could hear alot of traffic

The rooms were quite loud, able to hear people in the hall and in adjoining rooms banging around, and lots of noise from the room above. This made it very difficult to sleep.

The hotel/room was extremely clean, cute, cozy, modern, and breakfast was great! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were amazing. Everyone at the service desk was super friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that the room was so clean, especially in a pet friendly room. Most other pet friendly hotels have less than acceptable rooms but this dog-friendly room was cleaner than other hotels that don't allow animals. Definitely recommend and will only stay here when I'm in the area!

One night was great

Really nice decor. Staff super friendly. I needed a garbage bag as my dog soaked his bed. No problem. I love they have large containers of hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash....very eco-friendly.

If we had been there more than 1 night it would have been too small. No closet or drawers. King room was tight.
