The Smell was awful and the room was not clean enough and I just couldn’t stay in that environment! COVID, Bedbugs, and etc??? I requested a refund due to this infraction and I am still waiting for A compromise? Along with my charges shot up to 200 dollars and I didn’t approve that amount? So my bank is going to investigate that

Very clean

Noisy as hell. Kids stay free and the hotel reflects that. Hotel attracts a certain clientele. First night: Room 104 on the first floor. Unsupervised children jumping off the bed, dropping things, and running around sounded like a herd of cattle above us. This continued until midnight, even after we called the front desk around 10 pm. We called back and got another room on a higher floor. On our return trip, from Nashville we got the same room, and again the noise. My husband again talked to a woman about her kids running around etc. We asked about another room but the hotel was sold out and we had paid in advance.

the breakfast was a bit disappointing. By 8:45 there was no regular coffee left, and only one cup of COLD decaf.

The location just off of I75 traveling to Florida is perfect to stop for the night. It’s also near shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is great.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We got to the lobby around 8:30 for breakfast and they were already out of all of the hot food and most of the continental options. When an employee was approached about replenishment she just shrugged her shoulders and said I can try, but you could tell she was not very concerned. This was an issue for lots of people who were trying to eat the breakfast that was advertised as part of your stay.
