Guindi the owner was very helpful and we were able to check in early. She was very helpful arranging cabs and general assistance, including arranging meal delivery if desired. Breakfast was good. Location is close to the Airport for those with early flights.

If you don't have a car there is nothing in walking distance so be prepared to take cabs to get dinner. Guindi was quite willing to help us with delivery of a meal. Not so much a problem, as just be aware in advance

The view of the ocean from the room's balcony was delightful. Wendy was friendly and wonderful, she helped us order take out dinner to be delivered, brought us some of a friends home baked coconut milk bread along with our breakfast and offered to get us to the airport on time if the taxi didn't show up when needed. The area was quiet and near the airport.

The shower water pressure was weak.

Nice sea views from room and private patio. Convenient to airport.

Very loud traffic when windows open. Low water pressure and no hot water.

We had a last minute change of flights and booked the Alexander Penthouse for the day and night till we could fly out the next day. Wendy was super accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend it for a couple or for a family, and for both long trips and for short trips too. Thank you Wendy, for making us feel so at home!!

Beautiful view from the penthouse ! definitely recommend getting having breakfast sent to your room in the morning. you can enjoy it with a great view! very close to the airport too!

the room was very nice and clean. there were drink in the fridge for purchase at a reasonable price.

no one was at the property to check us in. we sat outside for 20 minutes once our taxi dropped us off. called the number listed for the property and finally on 3rd ring they answered. said they had to go to a funeral but they could have messaged us with directions. then we sat around and a random person who apparently lived there came by and helped us. it was also in the middle of no where with nothing to even walk to to get food. luckily we had picked up some lunch before we got there. never saw the manager of the property. not even the next day.

The property was right in front of the beach and close to the airport.

The owner didn't honor the rate of the room i booked. She wanted to charge me extra than the booked amount. I disagreed but I got a full refund of my reservation

We thought the staff was great. Enjoyed Wendy checking to make sure we were getting anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and clean. Shower hot and very comfortable bed.

No elevator, maybe a pulley system for suitcases or another way. Would not recommend for retirees.

No restaurant, very out of the way and still $30 to the airport. Price for cleaning was so expensive and room did not reflect, unsure if their was bed bugs or lots and lots of mosquitos

Wendy and Erma went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.The room was the most luxurious we stayed at in Belize. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze and the fantastic view, I also want to mention a little kiosk on the side of the highway going West, next to Crystal Car Rental. Food is delicious, and cheap, the kiosk incredibly clean, and the couple that ran the kiosk were very friendly and accommodating.

tatty, middle of nowhere. misleading as title is Penthouse Suit. it obviously was but not now. we had small tatty room.

Great location near the airport. Beautiful views from top level of three-story building. Large terrace. Pleasant and helpful staff. Large bathroom. Gated parking area. Fire TV.

From the moment you pull up it felt like pulling into a prison. when you walked into the “lobby” it was dirty and smelled badly! They over booked us and gave us the “upgrade” to condo. we believe that this was the owners accommodations and it was GROSS. dirty dishes still left in the sink, dirty underwear on the bathroom floor, no shower curtain in the bathroom!

everything about it was GROSS and I feel like we should be refunded our money! I would have rather slept in a bus station then be there.

The owner was very friendly and arranged an English speaking taxi driver to pick us up the next day.

The location was remote. We were able to walk to the only nearby restaurant for dinner but it did not open until noon the next day and there were no restaurants or stores to get food for breakfast. Much better if you had a car,

Very friendly owners! A good location for a night or two to stay and explore local spots, or Old Belize. Not located downtown so bus or cab is your option if you’re looking for somewhere to go

Location is safe and nice, but not on the water (where you can swim) or pool so you must travel for anything like that
