Eigentijdse vormgeving van hotel/kamer, beetje saai; geen probleem, maar ook niet bijzonder. Heb gewaardeerd dat ik meteen een andere kamer toegewezen kreeg - wegens geluidsoverlast - mogelijk door luchtverversingsinstallatie (op het dak?) veroorzaakt Goed, compleet ontbijt. Avondmaaltijd-mogelijkheid heb ik geen gebruik van gemaakt; heb maaltijd bij kennissen gebruikt.

Nogal 'n eind lopen naar (bus)station, centrum. Elke dag schone handdoeken is niet noodzakelijk...

We have stayed at 2 Mercure hotels this month and Zwolle was head & shoulders better.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. As requested I got a quiet room which was very bright with two Velux windows which you could open to let air in. (There was also air conditioning) Spacious room with a nice feel to it. The bathroom was very good, too. Breakfast had lots of choices. Location is good for travelling through as it is near the highway but in a quiet area. It is just minutes away from Zwolle centre and other areas to explore. Staff are very good with children as seen on various occasions.

Parking is enclosed but costs Euro 7. Overall the price for a single room is a bit high. (Euro 139,-)

The location is nice, a quiet place with a lot of green. The room was comfortable and big, we travelled with 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and our dog was also welcome.

Alarm malfunction woke us up during the nigh. The towels were not very clean. The room was not big enough.
