Room was excellent. Staff were great. Breakfast was decent.

shower leaked, phone didn’t work, towels poor quality and only 2 of them, hairdryer very poor quality, which overheated & smelled, no herbal teabags, some of the breakfast ingredients were poor quality (juices, bacon), communal areas were dated and a bit shabby.

Really nice hotel near the centre of Haarlem. The young female receptionist welcomed us and was absolutely lovely just what we needed after a day of travelling she deserves recognition. Hotel bar was nice and room was fantastic really upmarket hotel.

The only negative was the distance from Haarlem station a bus ride then a 15 min walk.

Inconvenient location from the Haarlem train and bus terminal. Although the website said no checkin before 3pm, it was hard to watch the regular guests get room keys before 3pm while we had to wait 3 hours.

The ambiance in the dining room was very upbeat with great furnishings. It was only 10 minutes to walk into Grote Markte

The lighting in our room was too dark, a stronger floor lamp would have helped.

the room was dark, bathroom small, no hair conditioner, got hot at night, view was of the maintenance area and other rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice, clean and well looked after. Great location within walking distance of the town and most restaurants.

Restaurant would benefit from vegan options on the menu.

I booked a parking space (that was confirmed by e-mail) to discover that due to an error it was not available on the day. The guy at the reception did not even try to fix the error, just told me to go an park elsewhere stating it was cheaper. I was not looking for cheap I was looking for a place where to park my motorbike and be comfortable whilst loading and unloading it. I finally fixed the issue on my own.
