The hotel is very well located, facing the beach. The staff is very kind, in all areas, including cleaning, restaurant, reception and pool bar.

I believe the hotel has a few things to improve. I suggest putting music and water slides in the pool and improving the power of the showers available for bathing when returning from the beach.

The hotel has a great location, directly at the public beach. Food was amazing for all three meals. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Pool area is very nice with enough sun beads. Really appreciated that there was no loud music in the evening and no unnecessary animations. The hotel is quiet in general and nice for relaxing. Amazing sea view from all rooms.

Horrible loud music comes from another hotel in the back though it's only audible on the back side of the room (the area where the main beds are is okay).

When we arrived, my overall impression of the cleanliness of the hotel was that it looked clean and nice. Over the two weeks we stayed there however, it all got quite dirty. The pool and the adjacent area got dirty and stayed like that. The room cleaning wasn’t that great, some areas never got cleaned. The buffet for breakfast and dinner has a lot of food but just average taste. Juices for breakfast many times tasted fermented (old). The dishes were always looking dirty. The Wi-Fi was unusable. The rooms were really noisy at night! During the evening the bars around have music until midnight and it is super noisy in the room when we are trying to sleep even though we were on the 6th floor. Some days there was music from different places at the same time mixing in our room and giving us headaches. One day the music went until 4am and was so ridiculously loud that we had no chances of sleeping. We measured 70 decibels in the room and 90 decibels on the balcony. We got little empathy from the reception staff when we complained during the night. They said there was nothing they could do and didn’t seem to care that large numbers of guests were kept awake all night. Overall the staff like to be polite and friendly but they are by no means efficient.

Exceptional friendly, helpful and hardworking reception staff, kitchen staff, bar staff, housekeeping staff( thank you, Fernando, Victor, Gustavo, Angela and all of you); Beautiful and amazing location; Quite evenings thanks to no entertainment; Spacious rooms; Fresh and tasty food (we enjoyed every meal during our all inclusive holiday).

The beds: the mattresses are comfortable, however they are constantly sliding; Bad plumbing, slow drain.

The rooms are all very spacious and have an incredible view at the pool and the sea. The food was excellent, every day a great variety and a lot of plates are cooked freshly in front of the guests. The restaurant has a big indoor area and two nice outdoor areas. But the best about this hotel is the friendly staff (especially Fernando, Tamara & Patricia). They are always very helpful and professional and you feel very appreciated as an individual.

The internet is very bad, especially on the lower floors. It's very slow and disconnects very often. Consuming drinks is prohibited next to the pool, but when people jump into the pool, the life guard says nothing. Also, the plates are very often not very clean.
