I liked the way the place was set up. Breakfast was really good. Bed was neat and comfortable. The staff were kind, respectful and helpful. I also liked the fact that it was close to tourist spots like the Museum, Zoo etc.
The staff can be a little more informative. The first evening when I asked for places where we order or get food, their suggestion was to order through Uber while there was a place about 3-4 blocks away from this place. I know they were concerned about my safety but it was still early (Around 5:00 PM) to be getting mugged.

In easy walking distance of Melville’s facilities. The rooms were spacious and clean.
It would have been good to have had some more information about the safety of the area and getting about as well as the local facilities

The place was very nice and comfortable.
The place is near a lot of places ,which made my visit easier to access surrounding areas that I wanted to visit whilst staying at Life on the 3rd.
My room didn't have enough wardrobe space

The location. Near restaurants and universities. Host was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Bed very comfortable. Room spacious and warm.
A group of American guests were loud.

They were blown away by their hostess and her warmth and help.
They loved the accommodation and ambience and said everything was so clean and inviting. Parking made for a relaxed break with no security issues.
Proximity to the venue was a huge bonus.
Beds were super, breakfast delicious.

Exceptionally clean, value for money. I was assistes by Lydia and she was awesome. Had a wholesome breakfast included in the price.

No door separating the room and bathroom, when someone does number 2,you can hear and smell that while in bed.

The host Lydia`s warm welcome and lovely breakfast each morning made my stay extra special. My special request for parking was met as promised and a generous complimentary room upgrade was provided. The cleanliness of the room was of high standard and the amenities provided will full fill any traveller’s needs. Enough electrical outlets in the room for business travellers with cell phones and laptops to be charged daily.
The struggles of load shedding and water cuts experienced sometimes was handled like a pro by the host and did I not even notice there was a problem.

No complaints, was seated in the garden and really nice. Friendly staff. Food was good. A suggestion is that they maybe look at the quality of the coffee.
There was nothing that we dont like. Thankyou for a great stay and friendly staff. The premises was clean and they did arranged parking for the 2nd vehicle. Thank you
