Excellent location! - right across the ferry to Valleta and bus terminals. Centrally positioned in Sliema, close to restaurants and bars. Clean, quiet room overlooking the yard, comfortable bed.

Outdated, but clean bathroom.

No Double glazing so therefore very noisy. Mattress was lumpy. Room was smelly. We thought that there was a restaurant in the hotel but apparently the Opa restaurnt which was outside was rented by someone not connected to the hotel.

Location is comfortable, near a ferry terminal that brings you to Valletta in ~10 mins. WiFi works just fine. I didn't try the breakfast, it was way too early for me. The hotel is walking distance from plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Excellent value for money.

The rooms sound insulation could improve. I could hear the other room and some street noise. Nothing too awful though.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the bus stops. It is also on the sea front. close to amenities and abundance of food places. The view from my room was epic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. THe breakfast was OKish, with a range of food, bread and drinks. My stay was great and would definitely stay again.

The décor is rather old and dated and could do with modernisation. The lifts were small and slow. The cleaners start cleaning the rooms rather early, which can be an inconvenience if you want a lie in.

My chosen room description stated that I would only have a yard view, so I was pleasantly surprised to have a partial view of the picturesque marina. The room was spacious and had a mini-fridge, which is always nice to have in a warmer climate. There was a choice of thinner and thicker pillows, a rarity for such budget accommodation.

1) The room that I was initially given had no remote for the TV, the reception could not give me a suitable remote, and the TV had no buttons on it for me to watch it without the remote, so they moved me to another room on the second day. 2) The blanket was simply placed between two sheets instead of a proper duvet cover, which felt uncomfortable. 3) There is a church on the eastern side of the hotel, with its clock bell ringing regularly, day and night. So if you are a light sleeper, I suggest requesting a room on the western side of the hotel. 4) There was a strange recurrent issue with towels throughout my stay: I used towels sparingly and never placed any on the floor for replacement, yet the towels I was using were kept being removed by the cleaning staff on a daily basis - with no new towels added! At one point I actually had to go down to reception to ask for a new towel, otherwise I would have none left!

Great location, very friendly, and helpful reception staff. They allowed us to check in early. All public transport, restaurants, and shops are within walk-in distance. the sea view from the room is amazing. breakfast is good as well. Highly recommend.

The location was convenient for Valletta and the ferry. Restaurant Opal (?) was great. The reception area was good. The roof terrace was lovely. Bed not bad.

Drab and tired rooms and corridors are in need of refurbishment. No socket for one bedside light in one room, and the bedside light didn't work in another room. Worn out bathroom fittings. Breakfast pretty uneatable with poor ingredients badly cooked, tinned fruit, press button machine coffee. Clostaphobic and dark small lifts. Total confustion over cancelled rooms. Wouldn't stay again.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast very good. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The bedroom had decent furniture and a reasonably comfortable bed for a 3*. The location was perfect for ferries and Hop on Hop off tours. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

The decor let's down the hallways and room big time. Everything is painted different shades of grey and it let's down what could be a decent building. Please reconsider the interior colours, anything light would transform the place. One other thing, the hairdryer was fixed to the wall under the TV, the mirror was on the other side of the room???? Would love to return one day but couldn't bear the depressing grey.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel with our family. It was fantastic. The location is just perfect. We would not choose any other place to stay in Malta. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. We will remember our stay very fondly also thanks to the professional staff. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and fresh. Served on the eighth floor overlooking the sea, it tasted even better. We would be happy to return soon.

Great welcome, super large room with stunning views, very attentive staff. (Special thanks to the young lady at the reception with her smile and always in a good mood ;) , and whose name I forgot sorry sorry....;) The first night was disturbed by very loud people next to my room. And I appreciate that it was immediately taken into consideration by a member of staff, and the next morning by the manager who sorted it out as soon as he could with the rude people. The following night was therefore calm. (I wanted to point this out because this is not always the case, in some other hotels...)

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable... (you could feel the springs a little ...) But this wasn't a big problem compared to the overall value of my stay.

The location and the bed is comfortable. I enjoyed my one night sleep 🤪

Theres one thing that happened that my room is not ready when I got inside. And I'm a bit disappointed because I really want to rest. And when I got back to the reception I told them that I can't wait and they check if there's a solo room available and they give me a nice room. Which I appreciate.

Great hotel and good location. the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were fantastic.

Perfect location, the sea room with balcony was a good size comfortable room with a great view. The staff were brilliant especially Chippy who helped us during our first day.

The hotel is right on the sea front close to all tourist places

The hotel is very dated and the bathrooms are really bad. Bath tub rusty. Silicone everywhere hot water goes from dangerously hot to cold every few seconds. The room has a fridge in the corner which was also really loud so unplugged I was on 7th floor so every morning around 6 am the staff were setting up for bread on the floor above made lots of noise

The hotel was across from the bay and a majority of the sightseeing boats.

I would not say that I didn't like it but the room was extremely small and it had a window that opened to nowhere and smelled like smoke.
