Staff here were great and made sure I got a room with a bathtub so I could get rid of some pains I get when traveling. They also helped with getting a small discount at the parking garage under the hotel as well. Tastey and very big breakfast buffet.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, It is easy to get to, very well maintained and you can walk to everything. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and full of options. There even a gluten-free bread station, The hotel was staff are super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.
The only thing I can say is that the rooms are dark. More/brighter lighting would be nice.

The hotel location is perfect - in a shopping street, just 10 min walk from the Uppsala C train station and 5 min from the Uppsala Cathedral. Hotel staff are nice, friendly and efficient. The breakfast food variety is great, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements
This hotel is in dire need of refurbishment - its public areas and rooms are quite sad. Our room was quite small in size and soundproofing wasn't good at all

Location excellent. Breakfast really good. Lobby area really lovely as a living room with lots of sofas. Very large room. Nice with a safety deposit box. Great that there is a parking right under the hotel.
The room felt a bit outdated and dark, wardrobe doors and desk was very dusty.

I will definitely come back again and again when I visit Uppsala:). The reception is great, the restaurant is great, the room is tight but tidy and clean. Even our dog got welcome gift!

rooms are big, extra bed for my child was excellent. I liked two duvets on the bed! beds in general were very soft and comfy. breakfast was excellent.

The staff is beyond friendly, always helpful, the breakfast is a dream, and the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Plus, the hotel is in the very Center, so one can reach everything well. Oh and very good a/c 😇
