The hotel location is perfect to visit Stockholm. Extremely central, in an elegant part of the city and in a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit small and the mattresses a bit old. The breakfast was incredible and the hotel featured a private sauna perfect to relax after a day out in the cold. We had a problem the last day due to wrong communication given to us on arrival - the hotel staff has been outstanding in proposing a solution which went beyond our expectations. A particular thank you to the Front Office Manager for taking good care of us

Facilities a little dated but the hotel is full of charm. We highly recommend it, especially for location, breakfast and attention of the staff

The breakfast room is totally underground, with very poor lighting and it was quite cold. It wasn’t up to my expectations. The room wasn’t furnished well enough for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom felt quite outdated and with no storage place to put your stuffs. Not even a kettle and tea in the room, not water. No speaker or any nice element in the room.

The staff was very friendly, the various breakfast options were amazing, and the location is a good starting point to discover Stockholm. We even used the small sauna which was not charged extra.

Very centrally located, though very quiet on the inside. Very nice breakfast range, but on busy days it was challenging to find an empty table in the breakfast area.

The room was small and dark, no room service until 4pm-10pm, I wanted to order some coffee in the morning but they didn’t do that
