Skön säng, stort rum

Otroligt stökigt och folk överallt. Kö till bagaeutlämning, svårt att få plats i baren. Helhetsintrycket blev stressigt och bökigt. Jag hade högre förväntningar.

Bra läge, nära centralstationen och centrum. Bra service och trevlig personal på hotellet, det var välstädat och rummet var bra. Frukosten är bra (om man bortser från det glutenfria utbudet som är bedrövligt torrt och tråkigt) men om jag kunnat äta allt så hade jag nog varit mer än nöjd.

Det glutenfria utbudet på frukosten är tråkigt, torrt bröd och knäckebröd. smöret hade passerat datum och på det hela taget var det inget som lockade i den delen av frukostbuffén. Övrigt utbud på frukosten var bra och det fylldes på hela tiden så det vägde upp. vi åt lunch I restaurangen på plan 1 och det kanske jag inte skulle rekommendera, soppan var ljummen och personalen mer intresserad av att prata med några som satt i baren än att ge service åt gästerna. kändes inte prisvärt och levde inte upp till förväntningarna.

Lovely modern hotel with efficient service

I booked a twin room for two of my colleagues and the beds were very close together so it wasn’t appropriate and there was no other option

The breakfast was a high quality experience. Staff was friendly. The air in the room was fresh but not too cold/dry (like in most of the hotel rooms where there is an air condition). The pool on the roof top was really nice.

There was no trash bin in the bath room and there were no proper places to hang the coats and outer wear in the room. Using the pool was expensive.

Trevlig personal

Ingen telefon på rummet. Room Service-maten kom aldrig. TVn fungerade inte. Frukosten stängde en timme tidigare än vad som stod på hemsidan. Frukosten var dessutom överfull och det fanns inga sittplatser. Personalen var dock trevlig och hjälpsam och vi blev kompenserade för det som inte fungerade.

We requested 2 rooms with city views, and were lucky enough to get one. Our room overlooked a small park and the outlook was beautiful. Other family members were given a room with a courtyard view, which looked directly into other hotel rooms. They had little privacy unless the curtains were closed. Both room had very comfortable beds, and the bathroom had bench space for 2 toiletry bags. Breakfast was excellent with a huge range of hot and cold options. Staff were lovely. The location was great too, just over 5 minutes walk and on the same street as the central railway station (if you take the exit closest to Arlanda Express Airport Train). Easy walk to other attractions like the old town.

Music in some elevators was intrusive, and loud. It was hard to hear conversation, or think, over the top of it.

Matress, pillows, not comfortable in general. it’s nice an hotel has the tood thing I mentioned above but they should invest in their beds… ¡it’s an hotel!

We booked a room with 2 double beds and the reception kindly offered us a large king bed but when we got to the rooms we found 2 single beds joined together with one big mattress on top. The reception staff helped and gave us another room and same thing happened again. This time we were told room service had moved beds around given how busy is this time of the year. We were too tired after our journey to pursue this matter further. All in all, not happy over the experience of not getting what we paid for and what we were offered. Room was still good and staff did the best they could.

That was interesting architectural design! And so close to Arlanda express!

The staff, the food, the spacious room

The pillows are way too soft, I had to place them on top of each other. The room was clean, but the bathroom had a lot of hairs everywhere

Beakfast is excellent, never seen so many choices. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean en quiet. Good shower, nice Rituals soap etc.

The bed was rather soft, I prefer a firmer mattress. The pillow was also quite soft. It was a pity that you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool, that should be included in the room price.

Nothing, really bad combination.

Hotel advertises family rooms but none exist. Our family (2 adults & 2 young children) had to take two separate rooms. There was not even an interconnecting door between any rooms in the hotel. So put simply there are no family rooms available the maximum is 2 people per room. Also, it is very expensive for the accommodation quality.

Location and Design This stylish hotel is located near the Grant Station and Arlanda Express (for those arriving from the airport). Stockholm looks confusing on any city map but is walkable from the hotel to the main attractions. Sightseeing is recommended for the first day, and then any guest can find their way. About the hotel, it is disappointing. The hotel is recent (inaugurated in 2008) and was conceived to be stylish and have Swedish design in mind. All good. Large rooms, acceptable bathrooms (with shower or a very high bathtub, which can be difficult for some people). Cosmetics are offered by the brand 'Rituals', which is also welcomed. Buffet breakfast included in most room rates., which is pleasing.

Inconsistent and unreliable service. We arrived late (22h30) with a Booking reservation, which informed the hotel that we were 2 guests celebrating the 25th wedding anniversary. Before arrival, we received several emails from the hotel asking for online check-in, which we didn't do because we were travelling. Upon arrival, we were offered a room with a double bed and a third bed, along with fruit and wine. This treat was nice, but once we asked for another room (without the additional third bed), we were informed that we were lucky to have another equivalent room available (two floors below), for which we had to move our own bags, as well as the wine and fruit. Morning breakfast is again a distress. The two floors look like an airport gare, where guests try to find a place to sit and locate the food (fruit, coffee, eggs etc.), which are scattered in several locations in the room. Noise is dominant. Waiters clean tables already cleaned and miss other tables with empty plates. Guests can ask for a fried egg at another grill station (with a long waiting line). A cappuccino can be taken at a cost of around 4.5 euros. Finally, in a city so proud of the many local sweets and cakes, the only ones available in the breakfast are the croissants (with or without chocolate). Room cleaning. On the first day, all was almost fine, except that in cleaning the room, staff forgot to remove the glasses of wine and the empty plate of fruit (offered upon arrival). On the second day, we left the hotel in the morning and returned by 19:30 to find out our room remained uncleaned; despite the specific request, "Please clean my room", we had put in the door. The receptionist apologised, and nicely offered a complimentary drink (we asked for coke) while we waited for the room. Well, we wait around 60 minutes, and we are still waiting for the drink... Overall, a strange feeling of being in the wrong place...
