The room and location was good. Clean rooms and bathroom. Can't complain about anything.

The staff was very rude. So I was charged twice for the booking. When I raised this with the reception staff they just wouldn't listen and just Nod as No whole me speaking. It sounded so rude that they were like We know everything and what you are saying is wrong even though I was giving proof of twice payments. It was only after a week of my stay and constant to fro with the hotel and booking.com and admitted at last that they were wrong and after that they returned my money. Would never come to stay at this hotel again just for the reason of the rude and arrogant staff.

Location

No bellman available. The elevator was out of order on the day of check-out. We were staying on the 6th floor and asked for someone to help us carry down the luggage. The manager on duty told us that they have no staff to send. It was usual check-out time, around 9am. We had to carry down our luggage on the stairways ourselves, 6 floors. In general, the hotel is understaffed which creates service bottlenecks. You feel it especially at breakfast when supplies run out, tables are not cleaned right away.

Las habitaciones eran como mini departamentos. muy cómodos y amplios, en nuestro caso con buena ducha y la cocina mega completa (hasta lavavajillas) me encantó.

El personal era muy amable pero en una oportunidad necesitaba contactarme con la recepcion por un problema y llame muchas veces hasta que tuve que bajar (11 pm) porque nadie respondía. Eso me enojo mucho sinceramente, luego compensaron con el buen trato.

Le personnel était très accueillant. Un bon emplacement dans un quartier calme et non loins de la gare de midi.

The cleanliness was good.

It was a bit up of hill, and quite tiring to carry heavy luggage. Family said the room was small.

Tes bon Acceuil toute l’équipe d’accueil et manager , très professionnel et réactif , en particulier jenny , qui a un sens d’humour , réactive et orientation sur votre séjour et le dispositif de la ville si vous en avez besoin , elle a un plaisir voyant du goût de son métier

Le personnel de l’accueil très formidable L’établissement a tout le confort pou se sentir chez sois , et l’envie de rester pourquoi pas y vive On c’est fidélisé sans un gêne

Location was excellent, family Felix room was perfect for our family and we had a great time.

Breakfast at the hotel is bit pricey but there are plenty of nearby places to try out.

La camera, molto spaziosa e pulita, era perfetta per un breve soggiorno. Il personale accogliente ha reso il nostro weekend a Bruxelles ancora più bello. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Bruxelles midi.

Purtroppo i saponi e detergenti erano quasi tutti finiti e al cambio asciugamani qualcuno è sparito, ma per il resto è andato tutto bene

La douche était toute cassée, l’ascenseur ne marchait pas… aucune bienveillance du personnel, concernant un arrivé assez tôt . Je trouve que l’hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il propose. 180 €. La nuit c’est énorme pour un ascenseur cassé et une douche tous tes cahiers. Et la douche était très sale.

Chambre confortable et très grande, lit super confortable, petite cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Emplacement parfait à Saint Gilles et proche du centre. Très calme.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel and we like very much. We plan to go back again in a few months’ time.

Gebühren für Parkhaus...Über online Portal konnte man da für 1/4 parken. Man war nicht bereit vom Preis abzuweichen.

Checking was bad and poorly organized

We had a suite, which was very spacious for a family of 4. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the local underground network and a number of shops and restaurants. As it was for a special occasion the staff very kindly upgraded us to free breakfasts without us asking. Generally the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Some of the fittings in the room were a bit tired, but not really an issue.

Localização excelente, perto de metrô e bonde, e da estação Midi. Bom quarto, amplo e limpo. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. O hotel nos agradou bastante.

Vale dizer que há uma garantia de 50 euros a ser paga (ou bloqueada no cartão) na chegada, mas era realmente só garantia, não foi cobrada de fato.

Durante 2x tocou o alarme de incêndio, uma delas era de madrugada.

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Room was spacious, modern and well designed had everything you could need including a usb and usb c port which is useful for the international traveller. The location is perfect for Brussels, a 15 minute walk from Midi or a quick 2 stop ride over in the metro. Staff are friendly and always happy to help! I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Fabulous hotel, just outside of the centre but close enough to dip in/out when needed. Metro station close by so convenient and at a price that’s make a trip to Brussels more palatable

Nothing all good however if I was being picky, the coffee/milk in the room isn’t great.
