Ontbijt : vrij uitgebreid enkel jammer dat er geen potjes joghurt waren ipv die kom met joghurt en de pancakes kreeg ik niet terug opgewarmd Personeel : zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig; spreek zelf weinig Frans maar probeer maar kreeg antw in (beperkt) Nederlands wat tof zo. Win win voor beide om te oefenen. ;-) Locatie : goed gelegen met parking naast de deur. (kamer klein maar praktisch meer heb je niet nodig)

Kamer netjes ingericht, alles functioneerde naar behoren. Goede bedden met wit fris beddengoed. Twee extra kussens aanwezig. Als service een setje oordoppen op het nachtkastje (mijn vrouw was er blij mee). Gratis parkeren. Ontbijt was prima in orde en werd goed bijgehouden door een medewerkster.

loved having coffee on the balcony, lots of choice for breakfast, beds very comfy, worth paying a little more for a river view it can be noisy if on the ground floor late at night

car parking is difficult sometimes, and perhaps another member of staff at the bar when needed.

Compact hotel with all we needed on one floor - important as my wife is in a wheelchair

The overall feel was a bit tired / neglected It was a rainy day so intended to have an evening meal in the hotel but the menu was so poor we did without

The breakfast and the room

They tried to charge me for breakfast when it clearly stated on the booking breakfast included. Was resolved in the end when the manageress got involved.

Excellent location. Just a stroll along the river to find boats for a trip or cafes for something to eat . We liked the Casino next door for the restaurant and roulette !

The towels were small and rough .

Only stayed one night, very happy with room and location to centre was great with lots of restaurants close by. Also has a outside seated area overlooking the water which is lovely.

The room was spacious and very clean, ideal location. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was a super breakfast. Most enjoyable

The area didn’t appear to have a lot of taxi availability and this was an initial concern. However we did manage to get this sorted in the end.

Good value, Hotel is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Parking is close by.

Rooms were warm for sleeping.

Our room overlooking the river was comfortably furnished. It was great being able to make a cuppa and watch life on the river! The buffet breakfast was awesome - great variety of fresh fruit as well as the range of other options, including making your own waffles.

Breakfast is basic, they don't have a chef and it is warmed up. Not the best breakfast and coffee is rated as zero, it comes out of a machine and is not up to much. The staff are lovely and the room is clean and good enough for the money you spend. Overall, happy. It's not Lux but good enough and the location is excellent.

We liked the river views from the bar terrace. Room was good for that price.

Terrace tables and chairs could be cleaner due to the pigeons. We would like to find a normal restaurant with cooked food for dinner.

Decent standard Ibis hotel, good for overnight stay while traveling. We were warm welcomed at the reception, got the help with parking at night time and had a chance to relax in the bar after a long journey.

Thought it is a good Ibis hotel, I wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night, as still the hotel looks a bit old and needs some renovation to make it feel as at home.

breakfast - wide variety of food

Best Ibis we have stayed at. Breakfast was good and the microwave pasta dish was tasty! Car park a big plus and the chip-shop around the corner added their own touch of flavour.
