Pequeno-almoço. Paguei para ter pequeno almoço pois dizia que era um pequeno almoço bastante completo, contudo não tinha fiambre de porco, salsichas e bacon. Se a razão para não servirem este produto é por estar localizado num bairro judeu, acho inaceitável! A opção não pode ser não ter certos produtos porque algumas pessoas não os podem comer.

I am an experienced traveller. Firstly, we were in luck cause the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a big apartment situated adjecent to the hotel. Great upgrade. Useful; it's perfectly located close to the central station walking distance to (the start of) the shopping streets. Next, you can make use of the hotel parkings at close proximity for a very reasonable price. The hotel offers the comfort and luxury up to my demands and staff is professional. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but my guess is, it's up to standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

For some reason I got a room upgrade and was very impressed by my room, spacious, a wardrobe area, desk area, balcony and an excellent bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The room was well above average. Able to check in online before arrival. I didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking but none was available even though I was there before the official checkin time of 3pm. There is not really anything around the hotel, no cafes, etc.. It’s a 25 minute walk into town and some people might not be comfortable walking back after dark. There doesn’t seem to be any public transport convenient to the hotel. The only issue about the room that I had was that, for a tall person, the toilet was very small but that was a minor issue as otherwise the room was excellent.

Great service especially from the young man at the reception desk- he was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional !

Lights were hard to figure out - there were too many switches. We all need darkness for a good sleep and lights were a big problem.

The hotel looks lovely, we arrived earlier and got upgraded to the 2 rooms apartment, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment is huge.

The bathroom needs renovation the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was nice, but between 10-10:30 there were many guests and the staff did not plan well to refill the food & provide the plates. Eventually they did it, but it created quite a bit of the hassle. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes walk to the historical centre, we expected it to be closer. However, there is a tram stop not too far from the hotel.

Spacious room, nice bathroom. Breakfast was ok.

Location: it is advertised to be 10min walking distance from the centre which is not the case. Cleaning services not good. We had a cot in our room and they did not even bother to provide bed linen and a pillow for the child. We had to request it at the reception the following day, and still no pillow for the child was provided. One of our pillow was dirty and we replaced it ourselves with a spare one from the wardrobe.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms are comfortable, in fact we were given a better room than we had booked, which was a pleasant surprise after the long drive. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. I liked the design and location of the hotel.

The front desk lady, Mr Paulina, was very friendly and polite, which I cannot say for another guy I didn't catch his name and he wanted to finish talking to me asap, like he was really annoyed that I am there at all. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was one of the worst hotels I ever been in, and I traveled a lot, through Europe and USA. This is compared to Motel 6 quality in USA, so bad was our stay here.

Room 1, very unclean and full of hair, in bathroom hair dryer didn't work, and went in bathroom was not working at all same as electricity in the bathroom. Needles to say that room was not clean, nor fridge was clean and empty from former guest half empty bottle's. In bathroom the sink was not fleeing freely, and when you wash your hands the water stays there for a few minutes and was clogged, the floor was not vacuum cleaned at all. I was in the room 74. When I complained, they brought us another key from the "suite" (Room 75) and we wanted to move there, but this so called suite was even worse, all beds full of hair, again in the fridge half empty bottle and stinky, the only good things that my family could use bathroom and dry their hair. The so called "suite" didn't have balcony, and was overlooking the main street. The room was kind of stinky and bad/foul smelling room. I tried to talk to manager on 2 occasions and couldn't reach the guy to talk and trying to sort this things out, even after 2 tries I gave up. The garage have only 10 places and they are so tiny and for small cars, if you're lucky to get spot. The breakfast was only 3 kind of salami available. Scrambled eggs, and poached eggs, and after eating all 3 of us got stomach sick, and with bad taste in the mouth. The bread selection was OK, but the cheese selection is unsatisfactory. The best things about so called "breakfast" is coffee machine. This remind me of Best Western stays looong time ago in NC, USA... so bad was it. This is supposed to be 4 stars hotel.... dang, not even for 2 stars in my honest opinion. I cannot complain about the city law and parking space in front of the hotel, but you better download easy park or their local app for parking and input your car license plate in, and setup ahead of time payment with your credit card, so you can park on the street, if you're lucky to get space.
