The inroom tea/coffee were not standard offerings. The tea and coffee options were not the regular ones guests often use.

The location is perfect.

In the last I coulsnot easy fall asleep be cause of the noise I heard

Central location - close to the station

Customer service not at its best. The room air conditioning was not working and when asked to fix it no one turned up to the room, had to go downstairs and talk to the reception and they said it’s not working and we will check a room in which it’s working and then changed our room. They did change our room where the air conditioning was working. However, the USB charging port was not working and we couldn’t charge our phones.

Harika bir konaklamaydı bizim için, oda geniş ve temiz, yataklar çok rahattı. Konum olarak hem central stationa yakın hem de turistik alanlara çok yakındı. Oda manzaramız da meydanı gören bir görüşe sahipti, Tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir tesis 😊

Quando cheguei tinha uma água aberta e uma pulseira dentro da geladeira (sim, uma pulseira) que ficaram lá até a minha saída. Também não arrumaram o quarto após a minha primeira noite. O colchão e os travesseiros precisam ser trocados. Local de banheiro e chuveiro são separados.

We konden gelukkig vroeg inchecken, anders hadden we enkel onze bagage moeten laten stockeren tot 's avonds als we terugkwamen na een show en diner. De kamers zijn proper en ruim genoeg. Er is een deur tussen het gedeelte wc/badkamer/gang/vestiaire en de kamer zelf waardoor er geen geluiden van de gang tot in de kamer kwam. Goed gedaan! Ook fijn dat de wc en de badkamer apart waren. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, wel vrij duur.

Breakfast is sufficient but expensive. Location is perfect. Staff was very helpful and kind. Stayed with family and left somehow happy as entrance is easy and comfy.

Hotel charges even for the paper slippers which is strange considering that it is not a cheap hotel. Building is old and needs some renovation inside. WC is out of the bathroom so you need to move to bathroom to wash your hands after using the WC.

Très bien situé à deux pas de la gran place quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Service de bagagerie super. Bel accueil le personnel est très gentil.

- excellent location, public Parking is so close to the hotel its about 2 minutes walking to the hotel entrance and it costs 22 euros daily. - the room is spacious and its nice and clean but lack of soft drinks and chocolates in refrigerator. - the staff are nice

- its not possible to park infront of the hotel or even around it to drop your luggage. - no porters going to carry your luggages or even somebody to take your bags from your room.

Room was a little noisy in a very busy square

Breakfast, We arrived before noon. However, rooms were not available at 18:00pm.

The room was very nice, great bathroom.

We did not like the hotel surroundings, too crowded, if it were NY City, it would be Time Square. There were some drunk people shouting right outside our window at 4am. We didn't like Brussels very much, weird confusing city.

This hotel was in a fabulous location, close to grand place and all the shops and lanes. Our bedroom was a great size as we had a large comfy bed and a sofa bed for our 12 year old. Considering where the hotel was our room was quiet at night and the air con was a blessing! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a little strange being a separate toilet with no sink so had to walk round room to wash hands but no major issue.

Great location in the center of Brussels, everything was in walking distance from the hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive.

The pillows are old and uncomfortable The charge of 2 Euros/day for the use of one umbrella seems excessive. However it might be common in hotels in Brussels.
