Breakfast was good quality and pleasant service. The location next to trains and buses couldn’t be any closer.

The internet failed on the second day.

10 min walk from the Cathedral, park the car on a street nearby, lot of places around to shop and eat.

We have been very happy with the cleaning service.

The hotel was very well located and it was exceptional clean. The breakfast was also adequent. Can recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Please get new carpets in the rooms....the carpets have had their day.

good location and good value

I didn’t like being asked to pay for water out of the mini bar that I did not have. I explained to the receptionist that there were two bottles of water in the mini bar when I arrived and they were still there when I left . she just told me the computer said I owed the money.

Hotel position excellent. lovely big room. great blackout curtains. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Lovely and quiet especially at night.

The windows not having safety catches so had to have closed or wide open. I thought was dangerous. No plug for the sink. No tea or coffee making facilities as normal. Mini bar contained water only. Would have liked to have been able to have lock on inside of door which it didn’t have. At breakfast on first morning no interaction for the young lady even when I said bon dia.

Honestly worst hotel we stayed in on our 6 week trip and the most expensive. Absolutely not 4 star I wouldn't even give it a 2. The shower and tap flow was like 10%. Had a funny smell and was dirty and old. The whole place was run down, needs a refurbishment and updated photos because it is not what it looks like at all.

Big room and bathroom, with balcony overlooking the main road. Good location - everything easily walkable. On a busy road but we were high up and the room was quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The bath/shower was a bit temperamental and no soap on the bathroom. Carpets were a little stained.

Directly in the city centre, shops/restaurants/public transport everything around the corner, cute hotel

Bathroom was a bit outdated

We needed accommodation for one night near to the bus station to the airport. This hotel is perfect for that because the station is just across the street. :-) The staff was very nice and professional. We appreciate the possibility of storage the luggage before the check-in. :-)

The staff was the only positive point. First room I got had the window broken and they changed me to a second room, where toilet was leaking. they fixed it fast and were happy to help and super polite.

This hotel might have been nice 10 years ago. nowadays it aged poorly. Urgent need for new carpets, and a new cleaning team. Stains everywhere in the carpet. Dirty bathrooms. Noisy hotel. Uncomfortable beds. Bad lighting.. very disappointed. you would expect much more for that price. Pictures are far from reality.

Quite expensive for what we actually got, as the rooms are pretty dated and mediocre, had expected nicer rooms. Also, advertised with an outside terrace/garden, and not really much to write home about TBH! The location was good.

This was the perfect hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and our room was amazing no one but two balconies. if you want a quiet nights sleep in the centre of Palma this is the place

Bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and the location was great

No soap in bathroom, shower gel not replaced. no coffee or tea facilities in room but it’s states it’s a 4 star hotel. When we mentioned this the receptionist seemed to agree as if they he received this complaint before. Upon reading more reviews these are common complaints which don’t seem to be addressed.

distinguishing and dirty here is what we did not like never seen such a horrible hotel should not be 4 star 2 star at best the staff was kind and location good but I am still disgusted by how run down and filthy it was

I got a butter with a mold on it

There was a mold on AC, loud noice coming from street, uncomfortable bed

Sleek and modern design. The room was superb and clean. The bed was so comfy! The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Nothing - it’s an amazing hotel. I have stayed in few other places in Palma, and this is one of the best.
