The room was awful 😖 they made the bed up in the opposite way in which you would be able to sleep in it!! Very very small. My window was on a level with a roof area which was accessible by anyone wanting to explore their options.

We always go to Motel One wherever we travel. The style is verry nice and modern, if you have a chance to eat a breakfast, I would recomend it - it’s super rich, so many choices and everything is fresh, even the juice. Check out time is until 12! The location is great, only 3 minutes walking distance to the main squere where you can also use a Metro and right across the street is Tivoli garden.

Have in mind that the rooms are really small - 10qm for a normal 2 person room. We booked the room also because it says that they have a parking space. We got a room confirmation and automatically a message that there is no more available parking space. It was not really bad because there is one just right across the street and it costs 50€ per day but if that one would been full, we would have to walk pretty far from the hotel. Also, the entrance to the Hotel looks really terrible. It doesnt even look like a hotel entrance, but thats just have it is in the bit cities and so close to the center.

Excellent location

Very good location and breakfast and polite staff. Our dog was welcomed everywhere.

We knew that the entrance and the ramp of the parking were narrow, but the biggest problem were the narrow places (grouped in 2) and the arrogant people who parked their cars without leaving the necessary free space for the second car next to theirs.

The service was very good, very helpful and kind. The Motel is in the heart of Kopenhagen, so you can go in every direction to find interesting places. And before you go, you can have a delicious breakfast. A good place to be.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent, we loved our stay at Motel One!

The room had nothing beyond a bed, no safe for belongings, no tea and coffee facilities, the room itself was tiny and bathroom was not soundproof

Unfortunately, there was no kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee.

The location of the hotel was good, close to the center, but still quiet. Helpful staff, but with a relaxed attitude. A nice bar where it was nice to sit at the end of the evening. Excellent breakfast with lots of organic products.

The bed was bit too soft for my liking.

The location was ideal, room comfortable and clean with the right amenities for a solo traveller like me, staff were helpful and professional and the breakfast was great. Got there earlier than my check-in time and got a room quickly.

The room seemed a little bit too dark maybe (light a bit dim) ? Otherwise all good.

The hotel is close to the metro and the city center. The room was nice and cozy and the breakfast was perfect. If I visited Copenhagen again I would like to stay in this hotel.

very clean and in a great location. The staff were amazing, very friendly and approachable. There was a new member of staff who was working his first day when we arrived, he was brilliant and I have to say the way his colleagues supported him should also be commended. Very nice hotel for a great stay.

I loved everything about this charming hotel. From the elegant Danish design throughout the hotel to the incredible breakfast. Add to that the excellent location which was easy to reach with the bus from the airport and in walking distance to everything. It was amazing!

There was nothing that I did not love at this hotel :)

Very cosy, nice interior. Our rooms were not big at all but it had nice decor and the bed was supercomfy. TV has Chromecast so you can watch every subscription service you own. Bedsheet was clean, bathroom and toilet was clean, towels were clean.

It could be a bit cleaner. The bathroom was fine but the floor of the rooms were quite dusty like no one vacuumed and mopped there in months. Based on other reviews I asked our rooms to be as quiet as possible so they put us the furthest from the tower bell that rings every 15 minutes. Althought I could still hear it but it wasn’t at least annoying. As most of the hotels, this hotel has thin walls as well. I could hear my mother’s phone buzzing in the other room next to us also the upper neighbour’s heavy walk were loudly thumping.
