Paid an upgrade fee to be near the relax area, was not told relax area would be closed on my visit, went to the restaurant for dinner only to be told room service only (don't have time to clear a table!!) Poor service, rooms are only cleaned on request, lack of tea and coffee in rooms.

Heating ON 24/7 with no option to turn it off. I had to go to a hospital due to the dryness. I stayed 5 nights sleeping with the window opened. my wife had cough issues due to that.

the staff at the reception could be a little more friendly - like answering customers when they say goodbye for instance.

Big synthetic pillow most likely suitable only for sleeping on the back. Tricky room temperature adjustment and with cold bathroom. Awful restorant experience.

Breakfast is excellent. the room big, the balcony offers possibility of getting fresh air. If I am in the area, my first choice will be always this hotel. The ironing machine in the room is a perfect offer from the hotel. I needed to iron and I prefer to do it myself. And the machine was not only just an ironing machine, but it was also good and easy to use.

Although breakfast was very good, I could not find 2 of my favorite choices, i.e., mushrooms and smoked salmon. But I had many choices to be satisfied.

- only large tables in the eating room (for 8 Persons) , it's a business hotel that's the reason why but some tables for small families could have more charm.

Old room with carpet, wants extra fees for everything - 15kr to bring a bottle opener to the room; no fridge in the room; never gave us enough towels, but we had to pay 800kr for our kid for “extra cleaning”;

The size of the room was the main reason for us to chose this hotel. Lots of room to park the car, nice walking area nearby, quiet location

The beds were uncomfortable especially the sofa bed, which barely had a mattress on it. The carpets in the hotel are smelly, and stained, the curtains of our room also need a good wash. The bedsheet had a bit of a strange smell (maybe it is just the detergent but it was strong and not very pleasant). Breakfast is ok but served in a massive conference room which is not very clean (carpets, curtains, chair fabric all stained). We did not try the restaurant as it can only accommodate a few guests. Quite expensive for what you get and the charge for the dog is exaggerated given the level of cleanliness.

Straight forward, clean with good location.

Breakfast was ok with lots of goodies but the scrambled eggs were terrible - obviously powder based.
