Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück sehr gut, Personal freundlich.

The bathroom and toilet were seperate, so you can imagine how spacious the room was. The room was also clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Although we arrived too early, it was no problem to check-in.
The hotel is quite far away from the city center.

Room had a table+chairs situated at bottom of bed? Excellent if dining in room but somewhat in the way taking up space if not required.
Beware it's a good 15 walk from railway station if you have heavy baggage and you need to plan route ahead

People were very kind and nice. We had an issue with the price for the hotel. the price on my reservation on booking differed from the one that was in the system. They were very nice to discuss this issue and give me the price from the booking.
The place is clean, tide and has all the necessary.
I highly recommend the hotel.

Nice, cozy place close to the city centre and the train station. Due to the holidays we also got a bottle of wine as a present.
Not everyone speaks English in the hotel, the receptionist went out when we needed to take over our luggages from the storage room and we almost missed our train due to this because no one else could help us.

The Hotel location was really convenient for the main rail and bus station. We only stayed for one night as we flew into Bratislava and stayed to explore for a day before moving on to Vienna. It's perfect for this sort of stay. The hotel was really clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. We got a complimentary bottle of wine from their shop. The only down side I would give the hotel is that there isn't much around it in the immediate area other than its own restaurant however it's only a 5 minute bus into the city which you can get from next to the entrance.
The immediate area (5 minute walk) wasn't the nicest and didn't really have much there. Not a big issue with the short journey to the city centre.

The pillars on the bed are so soft it gave me a headache/very noisy night so we didn’t get a good nights sleep

Near the train station, 10 min walk. At walking distance of city centre, about 20 min. Big room with mini fridge for a nice price, and with a free bottle of wine included. You can ask for a bottle opener at the reception. I can recommend the restaurant in the wine cellar below the hotel.
A few suggestions for improvement:
- coffee/tea facilities would be nice in such a big room.
- wall outlet next to the bed.

We like the atmosphere of the hotel with classical furniture and elegant paintings. The room was just perfect. Nice location from the train station. The restaurant and the wine shop are highly recommended.
It will be nice if they serve better fruit juice for breakfast.

At most helpful and friendly staff/receptionist.
I left the hotel very early (at 03:30 hrs) and a breakfast package was arranged for me. Upon arrival, a later check-in (after 21:00 hrs) was no problem at all.

Excellent breakfast. Gluten-free bread was served on request (not many properties offer it unless you let them know in advance).
Within a walking distance to the railway station and yet quiet.
There was no problem with after-midnight check-in, the reception desk was manned.

all the staff were excellent and answered any questions i had. hotel was clean and well worth the money.
it was a little from the old town 20 min walk but taxi was very cheap.
the view could have been better back gardens not very scenic, but we didn't spend a lot of time in it so didn't matter.
