Es un condominio de 2 pisos ubicado en el tercer y cuarto piso con alojamiento para hasta 8 personas. El nivel inferior del condominio cuenta con la cocina, comedor y sala de estar junto con un gran balcón con una vista increíble del Mar Caribe. También hay 2 dormitorios en este piso, uno con cama king, baño privado y balcón privado. El otro con una cama queen size y un baño directamente al otro lado del pasillo.
El piso superior tiene una suite principal con una cama king size de caoba con una sala de televisión y balcón. El dormitorio de arriba tiene 2 camas queen. Todos los baños tienen duchas de azulejos grandes y el baño de la planta baja tiene una bañera que es ideal para los niños.
La cocina cuenta con modernos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de cuarzo, con gabinetes de caoba personalizados. Hemos suministrado a la cocina todo lo que pueda necesitar. Todas las habitaciones tienen sus propios televisores y aire acondicionado en caso de que necesite algo de tiempo a solas. Our stay here was amazing. There were 6 of us and we all had plenty of space to stretch out and get away from each other if we wanted to. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for us all and it was so easy to get to things from this location. The beds were super comfortable. The porches were used numerous times and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We were celebrating a 50th birthday and by communicating ahead of time, they went above and beyond by securing cake and decorations for us. It was decorated when we arrived.
Everything ws so easy and relaxing. We will be back!

Fantastic!
Our stay here was amazing. There were 6 of us and we all had plenty of space to stretch out and get away from each other if we wanted to. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lori and Seleni’s condo in San Pedro. From the weeks leading up to our trip, they were so helpful and answered all of our questions. They even helped us book our hopper flights to manage them while we were flying in from the States in case of any delays. From the second you arrive, Lori will be there to pick you up from the airport and escort you to the condo. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures and very clean. They sent us a map with all sorts of restaurants and recommendations. They even helped us book hopper flights to other islands after leaving San Pedro. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone going to San Pedro! They made our stay perfect.

Return Trip
Lori met us at the airport and had golf carts reserved. This set the stage for a wonderful trip. All the couples we travel with have already put this on our return trip list. We may beat them with our kid's.

Great condo great location
We all had a great time at the condo. They took care of all ground transportation and whatever else we needed. All we had to do was enjoy our week. The condo was very clean and very roomy. The pool was very nice and convenient but it wasn't as warm as I would have expected but very nice. The condo is about a 10 minute ride from downtown San Pedro. All transportation is by golf cart. We met a lot of people and everyone was very friendly. We liked the change of pace from doing an all inclusive somewhere where you spend 90% of the time trapped on the resort. It was fun to go out and explore finding new places. Things are a little pricey on the island but not too bad. All in all I would highly recommend this condo and San Pedro.

The owner was easy to work with and super helpful, and the on-site staff was available and helpful too. The place was spacious and comfortable, had great views, and is in a great spot that is convenient to just about everything.

This was our 1st family vacation with our adult children, 8 out of 10 of us were able to go and enjoy! We had plenty of room to play games, eat and hangout as a group; and spread out for a little privacy. The location is perfect-just far enough away from San Pedro to have peace and quiet and close enough that a quick golf cart ride got us back. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk on the beach. The place was fully stocked, had great neighbors and provided a peaceful nights sleep. We loved hanging out on the balcony. Lori and Seleni were so helpful with information and helping us with golf cart rental, Tropic Air flights, deep sea fishing, Mayan ruins tour and providing the name of the perfect spa - Sol Spa! I recommend a meal at Coconut Café! We enjoyed our trip and highly recommend staying at here!

This was our 1st family vacation with our adult children, 8 out of 10 of us were able to go and enjoy! Family vacation in Belize
We had a fabulous time! Lori the owner and Seleni the property manager were great and the place is amazing! The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy for all four of us to have our own space and chill out when we wanted to. The pool was great and the VIEW is AMAZING! Also Joey at Paco's Tiki Bar right next door to condo was friendly and a great location to have a Coconut Mojito and hamburger. I highly recommend Lori's condo for your Belize getaway.

Family Vacation 2019
This vacation was flawless thanks to Lori and Seleni. The property is absolutely breathtaking. We were met at the airport and given a brief tour of town, stopped for groceries and fruit, and our luggage was transported to the condo while we followed in our golf cart rental. Seleni helped book tours and dinner reservations while we were on the island. The property was managed 24/7 with ground crew or security...which also helped set up our pool chairs, carry up luggage, or knock on our door to let us know that a fruit vendor was in the parking lot if we wanted to purchase anything. We had the pool and pier to ourself the entire week. Communication was amazing and Lori was very prompt with replies. Ambergris Caye is a fantastic vacation location and the people on the island are the nicest people you will ever meet. Thank you for an outstanding trip and we can't wait to return to your condo. Thank you for sharing it with us...it's absolutely beautiful.

Live like a rockstar
Wow, we were so impressed with this place. The interior was in excellent shape as well as the exterior. There was someone on site 24 hours a day for maintenance and security. The rental company was outstanding with their assistance with activities and logistics for travel. We had two families with seven people total in the unit. There was plenty of privacy and plenty of space for everyone. The location was great it was just outside of town where it was quieter and there was still plenty of restaurants and bars that we could walk to from the condo. Loved it and Would recommend the property manager and their staff to anyone. We were blown away by the service.

We had such a nice time at Lori's home. Wonderful space and a great location. Lots of dining options within walking distance and a short golf cart ride to town. Lori's hospitality was fantastic.

Great Choice
From the initial booking to the end of our 8 day stay at Oceanaire we were treated so well by Lori and her staff.The condo had all the amenities needed for the 4 couples.The view from the condo is exceptional.We used the pool everyday and was always clean.The condo had all the cooking essentials needed to prepare meals.since one of us is a gourmet cook.Special thanks to Ana and Diego for help around the condo.We hope to stay again in the near future.Mike

Ahhhhhhhhhmazing!
Our group consisted of four adults in need of some down time and relaxation. This place was just the answer. The property is very well kept and the staff members are some of the most friendly genuine people ever. We thoroughly enjoyed being “out of town” and right on the water!!!! Thank you all so much for the use of your home and the lovely accommodations. Only wish we could have stayed longer! See you soon!!!!

Loved the condo and its view. Enough room for 8 people very comfortably and tastefully decorated.
We all liked how private it was. We had the pool almost every day to ourselves. Ana really helped with all of our questions and gave great suggestions. When you are in a different country it really helps having someone to ask all of our questions and problems. She also set up all taxi services and excursions for us. We also liked having a security guard at night to come home to when you are out late.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay. It had all the comforts of home, lots of space. Lori and Anna were both a great help, Ana was a great resource, gave us a good overview of the island, helped with tours, helped with places to go. The private dock was a great place to enjoy the sunsets and very convenient for pick-ups and drop-off for tours. It is located a few minutes from town which made it quite and relaxing but still close enough to where we didn't feel isolated.
Overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone
