They have to pay more attention to bathroom cleaning

We really enjoyed their breakfast and dinner buffet. Room is spacious and bedroom is nice. Staffs are accommodating.

The sofa and throw pillows in our room smell and lift gets crowded and slow.

low quality customer services, eg, 1) they sent several emails saying checking at 2pm, they also called with the same. when we arrived at 430pm, one room was not ready and they kept us waiting for another 40 mins 2) booked 2 rooms for 5 visitors and provided children ages, they provided 3 water bottles when I requested extra they first asked for extra pay and then promised to send it and it never arrived 3) my booking was very clear , need space for 5 and provided children ages which are clearly ages that require separate beds. the hotel provided only space for 4. when I called and raised the night manager was keen to get us pay extra and refused to understand our side. it was a clear play to get extra money out of us. I requested escalation and he claimed he is the highest authority! overall it was a negative experience, I raised it to the staff and heard nothing back I don’t recommend anyone to stay there there are many other much better options

Everything here is fine. I stayed a number of times at this hotel and will come back as soon as I need to.
