Hotel is clean and breakfast is good

Hotel is quite tired and dated There is building work opposite where the pool is - so quite noisy.

Preferred treatment for repeat visitors during dinner time by getting the best tables outside and new visitors only being seated at the entrance door inside. There should not be any reservation for buffet dinner at all and if you have pls make sure EVERY guest has the same chance to sit on the terrace! We are all paying customers and not dining for free!

The pool was absolutely amazing. The breakfast had plenty of choice and a great quality.

The beach area of Cala Millor although close by to the main strip the beach was overcrowded and the beach was dirty and overrun with tourists. Restaurants on strip were the usual tourist fare. A very German resort. Even the entertainment was catering for the Germans.

The staff, the feeling of space, attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Breakfast is great. They have a good spread of dishes. The service is exceptional, everyone at the hotel is friendly, helpful and courteous. The prices are quite reasonable. The property is nice and clean, rooms are spacious and there are 2 pools outside and inside. If the weather is cold then the indoor heated pool is great. They also have a spa (paid), free access to sauna and steam room and some exercise options.
