The 3 bedroom villa was very big, bigger than we thought, it was neat and nice as well. Breakfast was good, just not as good as the Novotel in Ngurah Rai.

Spread out and vast property. Lovely vibe in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

fantastic facilities! the pool was amazing and it was very close to the bar and restaurant with pool side service. the staff were amazing. they went above and beyond to cater to our needs and we would definitely stay again!

the rooms could do with an upgrade and even though the bed was so spacious, it was a little on the hard side.

The cost of laundry was absolutely insane! The room servicing was poor - some days they came some they didn’t or would do just one room. We had to ask for things like toilet paper. The kids club was old , had very minimal amount of toys, most of the activities that were listed for the day were not done - my children didn’t enjoy it.

The facilities were outdated not the five star i expected. The coffee provided in the room was terrible. The food was expensive for a family. The aircon sound in the room was very loud.

Very old, dirty and not well maintained. Staff seemed like they’d prefer not to be welcoming guests and everything was an effort. Rooms are old, dirty and the shower is terrible. We were on the 5th floor with two young children and the door out to the aircon unit didn’t close and would swing open in the wind. Our kids clothes and sarongs were taken/stolen by house keeping off the deck drying and when asked said they said there was nothing there. Absolutely would not recommend.

A family of four stayed over NYE. The hotel was in a great area in Nusa Dua. Regular shuttle bus to the beach, good family vibes and nice complex.

We had a family suite but the rooms were not connected. Just next to each other. The main room had a shower in a bathtub which was annoying and the tub would have been difficult to get into if you were older/had hip issues.

Very beautiful resort with magnificent gardens, scenery and pool. The two bedroom suite was beautiful and very big for a family of 4. Lots of fun and entertainment for kids. Amazing showers, very hot water, loved it. Very fast response if anything was requested. Free shuttle to bali collection was great.

Toilet clogged several times, a bit of sewer smells in bathrooms. Checkin girl charged my credit card twice. Hoping it is resolved. Reception staff on checkout was very helpful to follow up with bank and revert immediately. Breakfast can be improved. Basic.

Foods were excellent and the breakfast have more options to select from. There were restaurants with a bit of a walk. Free shuttle service to the beach and the hotel operates a beach bar. Beaches are quiet, clean, and free from locals.

Cleanliness. The rooms are spacious but not clean enough. The bedding was looks old. The swimming pool also looks not maintained properly.

no microwave in the suite and it was going to cost us money if we wanted them to put one in there. Our kettle was broken and leaked. we asked 3 times to get it replaced but it never was. Normally this wouldn’t be a big issue but as we had a baby it made preparing and sanitising bottles more difficult than it needed to be.

Easily booked tours / driver / taxi. Shuttle to the beach club. Can walk to the beach but it's about 500m. Nice gardens around.

Timing! We booked leading up to the G20 but weren't advised. We didn't think to research where / when the G20 was occurring! Air-conditioner broke one night. Called reception who advised they would send someone to fix it but noone came that night. Next morning I asked twice again before it was attended to. Staff were very apologetic though. Shuttle to the beach club. Can walk to the beach but it's about 500m.

Housekeeping excellent and most staff excellent except for reception who would not help and were not interested when questioned about what I was promised.

Food was very average for what you paid Drinks unpleasant due to being warm
