The comfort, location and UAE style atmosphere
The front desk gave me hard time to extend because I chose to book through booking where they moved me out to a lower category that I had to complain as I booked the same room for my extension where I wasted a whole day to move between 3 rooms

the Italian restaurant needs to shut down , horrible . also the food in room service is below average .

I like everything about this beautiful hotel, cleanliness, aromatic, extraordinary luxury, nice location, good foods, and very friendly staff everywhere. This will be my home anytime am in London, am already a club member of the Hotel. Thank you.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to make things perfect for your stay. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and bedding just perfect!

I like that old fashion but renovated hotel but I don t like how the receptionist make that tricky thing to give you not that room you bought it.
I admit top management is just not good in that group of hotel !!!
And treat you as this and make you stupid then you have to argue for your money you paid and get that room . Why do i need to be stressed out ?? Why that people see you and think if to give you a good room or not. You are Her Majesty or Oligarchs then they will take care of you good. Is it work this way ? I personally won t ever come back to this hotel. Mandarin Oriental Knightsbridge much better and Bulgari hotel in Knightsbridge.
