Spacious, good location, great facilities especially heated pool

Love staying at this property for the beautiful heated pool. Having the swim-up room was fabulous! Spacious outdoor area and access to the pool was the best!

The apartments are really roomy and clean. The location is great and you can hear and see ocean from the verandah. The kitchen is great too. Plenty of food options with walking distance.

The out of office hour checkin process was not mobile friendly even with Accor plus membership. With the big concern currently around identity theft asking for identity documents to sent and potentially stored is problematic. The car park is 2m height limit for people with four wheel drive vehicles.

The apartment was very nice and everything worked well.

I think there could have been serving dishes supplied , A large frying pan that you could cook for 4 people, A smart TV, Beach towels supplied for using in the pool. I think a clean designate smoking area for people too smoke so they didnt have to go out on the street and feel uncomfortable.

The place was clean and quiet

The jacuzzi did not work nor heat up and the sliding door did not lock.. We reported both to the staff at reception and she just advised we'll see what we can do.. Neither was fixed on our stay

This property would be one of the best in the bay. Very spacious apartments. Pool is fantastic. Great location opposite the beach.

For an apartment and room so large a king bed would be ideal.

Clean, modern and so spacious! Well equipped apartments and great facilities. Quiet rooms and comfy beds. Lovely staff. Can’t fault Allegra.

That you had to have a key every time to go down to lobby or pool. Very inconvenient

friendly lady at reception great beach access super comfortable beds!! great kitchen- very well equipped great aircon even though our balcony was technically a ‘garden view’ we could still see the sea. very secure parking

Our shower (on the 3rd floor) was like a dribble. very difficult to shower let alone wash your hair. The restaurant at the front (Sea Bar) was very unreliable with their opening times. (probably not the fault of the Allegra) The door key was very temperamental.

Andrew the property manager was AMAZING. Big rooms.
