Everything! From entering the building to the time I left, my stay was perfect.
Really comfy bed, superb bean to cup coffee machine, granola, porridge and fresh oranges to squeeze for breakfast. Big bath, great shower and what a view! The full height opening windows on the 17th floor.....AWESOME.
I did get my key stuck in the lock but it turned out it was 'operator error' !!!!

I was met by 2 staff who were lovely and very friendly. They actually upgraded the room for me without asking

We loved the view it was stunning. We was at the top floor and could see all of birmingham
The water was cold. Couldn’t have a warm/hot shower which was very disappointing! Group of boys fighting in apartment next door to us, using bad language, shouting, screaming which was very disturbing. We did report to security guard but doubt he even bothered. There was a charge for drinks in our apartment fridge, a charge for snack which I think was rude! And what also put us of was that the beds were dirty, the mattress and sheets had yellow Stains.

everything was easy, location is great for Xmas markets/shopping. staff on check out were amazing
could’ve had more breakfast bits in terms of option and quantity, but nothing to really complain about!

I loved the view it was amazing 🤩
The room didn’t smell fresh, so had to open the window. I had a big bath. Didn’t realise that would leave everyone else to have a cold showers. 🫢

If you leave the door open even on the 19th floor like myself the trains are really loud.

WhFrom the time I went to find out more details the staff were incredible, Issa first showed me around then Ashan and Precious who booked me in was fantastic service. As an Ambassador to the Commonwealth Games I have to recommend visitors to Birmingham and this would be one I would easily recommend as first class, thank you
