Really nice and clean, great rooms but the best thing was the staff who were all fantastic. Enjoyed watching the boxing there too

Room was very good in terms of size and functionality. One of the better ones we've been to including vs some 5* hotels!
Only issue was the lack of help with our baby - while there was a cot, sheets for health and safety could not be provided.
While there is a microwave, we were not allowed to use to sterilise the bottle ...due to health and safety.
We ended up having to go to a family members house 20 miles away to simply use their microwave. This was a last minute decision to stay here hence not prepared with extra bottles.

Great location, great facilities. Quiet room, good rate, friendly helpful staff.
Rooms too dark. Very dusty. Tea bags not replaced, stiff to use tap in bathroom sink.

Bed was comfortable.
Grungy and filthy bathroom. Floors not cleaned between occupants. Public hair on floor. Room not vacuumed. Coffee machine out of order at breakfast,with no proactive offer of coffee from the in-house Starbucks. Despite being in middle of nowhere they charge for parking!

Poor staff attitude. Questionable cleanliness of room.
Horrible bar on ground floor which also doubles up as breakfast area. Horrible dining experience especially for the price.

Everything was lovely for my one night stay. Location is perfect & near Wembley Stadium . Breakfast was yummy. Staff was lovely. Had a fab stay & will highly recommend.

No refrigerator in the room
Gave me a disabled room for one of the rooms though didn’t asked for it. So wasn’t comfortable for us as the bed was too low, bathroom facilities were tailored for disabled guests very low, I kept triggering the assistant red alarm unintentionally.

The location is always great for client work. The staff are always friendly, and full of smiles.
The quality of the food being served has really declined. It appears to have gone from fresh foods to processed food. After eating my evening meal and lunch the following day I was very unwell.
My bedroom was cold. I could turn on the heater to get any warmth.

booked a twin room and got a double . so the room we received was wrong
Breakfast was OK but I remember that it was better a few years back when we last came
We were disturbed several times during the night around 2 am by noisy neighbours who were having loud conversations directly outside our room not happy with this. I believe there were several football teams staying over but that is no excuse for other residents comfort

lovely rooms with all facilities needed. staff go over and above to cater for your needs. good size tv’s choice of bath or shower with lovely toiletries.
