Excellent restaurant.
Had to move rooms as a plumbing problem caused us to have only hot water. Upgraded to a suite with a better view of the park. However the whole hotel has very strange decor- some is overwrought repro antiques, some modern wall art- surprisingly unattractive for a 5 star hotel.

Lovely room with tremendous location
On several occasions i asked staff for helping me book a tour/bike ride and i felt i was somewhat on my own

The location is very good.
Most of the staff were good.
The room was quiet and clean.
The food in the Brasserie was good and tasty.
The check-out was quick and professional.
The check-in was a little bit slow to this level of hotel.
The wine selections in the Brasserie were very limited.
I asked for wake-up call to be done by phone, it never came.
A lot of construction is going on around the hotel

Very good breakfast and good location, as hotel location is very good, we can reach most of tourist attractions by foot under nice weather in Helsinki. Really good experience in Helsinki. By the way, upper lounge in Hotel Kamp is very good, we had a nice time there, good food, good service.
Housekeeping should’ve room for improvement. Sometimes forgot to prepare face tower. Most of time , cleaning is done very well, however sometimes cleaning is not up to standard

fabulous historic 1887 building and charm; exceptional location ; brilliant staff and a wonderful bar to end the night in ! great atmosphere!

The hotel staff were very accommodating and looked after me and my family very well. The spa area was lovely and I was able to arrange a treatment last minute.
I would of preferred to have a family room instead of interconnecting but it was fine in the end just ended up being very expensive

Central location while very quiete and pleasant. the staff was very nice and efficient. easy and seamless check in and check out. rooms are nice and large with enough outside light. bathroom is spacious.

The services of Reception, valet parking, concierge/bell boys, and breakfast are the best, location and cleanliness, food and drinks the highest quality, hotel decoration, and condition to top 5 in town.
Soffa-bed was a little too hard for young adults to sleep in, but little kids may like it. The floor is covered fully with carpet and may not be satisfactory for sensitive persons. The selection of offered free instant coffee can be improved in the room.
