Position of motel was good but noise from trams and people in street made for a hellish night. Have stayed there twice before with no problems.

Got woken throughout night by people yelling in street. Woken at 3am by crazy yelling in street then came a street sweeper. Didn't get back to sleep so paid $150 for a couple of hours sleep. Shame as bed, room etc were fine. Maybe room that didn't face onto street would have been better.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, any query I had or issue I had was dealt with seamlessly and with utmost professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so comfortable, they truly go above and beyond for their guests.

The noise of a party that was going on in a room very close to me, however, the staff dealt with this so professionally and the people having the party were also happy with the way they were approached and it was all sorted out very quickly.

Loved the location for Palais Theatre . Bed was comfortable and room was large.

No couch or chairs to sit on near window for view. Could hear water running most of night.

Location is in the heart of St Kilda, short walk to Luna Park, the Palais Theatre, Trams, Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. No need to drive anywhere... just pop out the door and around the corner and everything is right there!

Staff are not super friendly or helpful

Clean, tidy and in a great location. Very good value for money.

Good indoor parking but you have to pay extra and I would recommend to get one because on the street parking are full most of the time. The indoor parking is easy to access.

There is a bar across the road which is noisy so we had a hard time to sleep.

This is my third stay at the Cosmopolitan. All stays were due to attending the Palais Theatre which is a very short walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and large. The beds very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be staying again!

Paying extra for parking this time. It was included last visits.

We always love staying at The Cosmopolitan. The staff are great and the facilities are aways clean. Always great value for money.

A few things- the cleaning was not good. there were hairs above the door, the sink was not cleaned well, and the grout and sealant was mouldy. there was also a large crack in the sink, not a nice look. the room was not up to a standard I’d expect, and needs at least a minor renovation (the mould and basin). also I booked a park, but the one allocated was underneath a building with a very tight space. luckily they found one I could get in with a larger car.

Location was great for where we needed to be and the car parking was affordable for the area as well as abundant and well secured. The lift was good and as we had a room next to the lift was very quiet. The property itself was quiet (we stayed on a Sunday night) and the room suitable however we only really slept in them. Staff were nice and reception was well appointed. Amenities within the room such as consumables and kettle etc. Were adequate.

The parking was difficult if you had a larger car, the beds were hard and I personally found them uncomfortable. The shower over bath although standard in a lot of older hotels was not suitable for anyone over average height (my father and brother in law are 6 foot ish and had to squat to get under the shower head) and the TV in the loungeroom was tiny for sitting on the couch and watching anything.
