The dining, bar and lounge facilities were really exceptional as was the food.

I have stayed here a few times and usually very good

First room no heating, transferred and radiators still not working like those in corridors and downstairs where they were hot. Could it have been the reconstruction work? I was very cold throughout and became poorly on the second day

Lovely hotel in great location, friendly staff too.

The decor was nice and rooms were clean

Children in the corridor running/ screaming at 8 in the morning and doors banging woke us up - I know it isn’t the hotels fault but the walls/doors are so thin you can hear everything. People could be more mindful of others or hotel give a reminder to guests. Came to check in at 2 and rang the bell 3 times and waited 10 minutes for no one to show up. Left our bags in the car and came back at 6. Someone was there but wasn’t ideal.

nice hotel with a cozy pub and a very good Thai-Restaurant.

room was kitted out great, would just be nice if it was a more comfortable temperature, very warm over the 2 days

restaurant appeared fully booked and nowhere to park when i arrived, so i ended up getting a takeaway and coming back later, not what i wanted after a 4 hour drive

beds are always priority and quiet

Everything was perfect to the room staff and bar area breakfast was lovely and a very clean room
