Round the corner from Cairns Central Shopping Centre. The apartment had everything you could need. Great cooking facilities. Multiple pools to choose from (one is heated). Staff allowed us to store our luggage behind reception before and after our booking.

I didn’t like no extractor fan above cooler leading to fire alarm going off Had to get neighbours to finish my dinner off in their oven!

The different pool areas are lovely - the gardens are luscious and the pools were clean. It was great having the pools in three separate areas because you've got a better chance of having the pool all to yourself! The facilities are well maintained and functional. Good BBQ facilities and a sauna and gym which we didn't use. The location was the biggest bonus with a big shopping centre nearly next door and 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars. We checked in late around 9pm and reception was closed but the after hours check in was super easy and the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We booked the pool view room which was definitely worth the extra cost - it was lovely to relax on the day bed on the balcony overlooking the pool. The apartment was basic but clean and comfortable. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry within the apartment, very convenient.

The apartment was a little tired and rundown, however it was clean and functional so we didn't mind. We were there for 6 nights and were only provided one sachet of laundry powder and two sachets of dishwasher powder. We were told it's $1.50 per additional sachets for laundry and dishwashing powder if we wanted them which sounds silly but we were a bit annoyed as we expected these to be free. There was also no dish liquid provided, only powder for the dishwasher. Minor issues really! The reception staff could have been friendlier but the caretaker was lovely.

We liked the swimming pools and sauna. We liked being able to have guests visit briefly, and the bbq area was nice downstairs. The location was handy being right next to the shopping centre. We walked everywhere.

There is only cleaning after staying over 1 week at the hotel. This meant we had ran out of toilet paper, soap etc. This was fine for us though, and the reception were happy to top us up. We attempted cooking in the room once but there is no fan so the room smoked up. We used the BBQ downstairs instead.

Rooms as advertised, we got what we expected. The pools were great.

Location is further out from the main eateries though it is right next door to a large shopping centre so that is not too bad. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (too hard) and the wifi was not working (there is also limited cellular reception). We booked last minute and it was one of the only places available with a “gym”, had we have seen the “gym” prior to arrival, we would not have bothered booking this location. There are some cardio machines and about 6-8 dumbbells of varying weights all under 10kg each, no other weight machines/facilities. Not really a gym, even for a hotel standard.

It was amazing. everything was perfect, three pools and our room had a pool entrance it was just amazing.

Fantastic location, close to shopping,quiet area even though it is so close to the centre of Cairns. Easy walking distance to Esplanade and main streets.

If you don't like stairs, request a ground floor apartment.

Convenience. Short taxi from the airport and short walk to the supermarkets and the Espanade. Comfort. Nice room to relax, work and sleep plus facilities dry my swim clothes on the balcony (and iron, if the mood should take you). Ease. Kitchenette with everything I needed for a short stay.

Cafe facilities were closed. Small gym with limited equipment.

Justin at the front office was so helpful.

Close to Cairns Central.

Dirty sheets. Linen dumped on the landing and left. When room serviced, dirt and leaf matter in sheets. Paid for extra bed, got a click-clack couch that was impossible to sleep on. Lumpy and unpleasant. Glasses streaky and cutlery tarnished. Stairs extremely slippery and dangerous in the rain. Charged for cleaning after departure, $86 for a few drips of sauce on a doonah. No itemised invoice for cleaning, no pre-existing schedule of fees, just an ad hoc cash grab. Never staying there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I really liked that there was more than one pool. 😊

There's nothing that I didn't like about the pool.
