Every thing was great, all the facilities in the club were fantastic

Everything was great and as expected, the only 'down' side were the higher prices because of it being the concert weekend. But we knew the price when we booked and after we moved past the price it was a great place to stay.

Room was very outdated. Maybe not all the rooms are of that kind. Mine was on level 4 and it was written "studio" on the door. Some towels were poorly washed. Breakfast was ok, but you couldn't get fried eggs.

When I checked in because I booked and paid months previous I didn't have to pay a security deposit. It was nice and quiet. They provided soap and shampoo. Aircon was nice.

Bathroom was tiny, you couldn't sit on the toilet without having the door in your way. Bed was too soft. The door key wouldn't work in the elevator which while they fixed it quickly once I went back to reception was quite scary for a bit in the elevator.

The place was clean and rooms were a good size

We booked with a group of friends at the same time. We were all put on different floors even through we made the booking at the same time and through the same booking reference. Which made it very difficult for us all to get ready together as we couldn't access the different levels they were on. It took over 30mins to check in this was once we were at the desk as they couldn't find the booking even though we had several confirmation emails, she was very rude about checking us in and not welcoming. When she finally found the booking we asked why it took so long and she blamed us for booking it through booking.com and said we were lucky to not have to pay extra fees.

They put an extra $10 on each room we booked which in total was an extra $30 They didn’t charge in full they charged separately for each room I was the one paying for it

The location is great, the rooms are clean and tidy, a good size also for a solo business traveller. Parking is very easy also.

The TV in the room didn't work. This wouldn't impact me staying again but was a little frustrating.

It was a comfortable stay in a really interesting establishment.

Well appointed,large comfortable room with kitchenette. Having kitchenette (with bar fridge/freezer,sink and microwave) is very useful. Comfortable bed. Table and chairs. Cafes,restaurants,seating areas on site.

Better bathroom lighting-not good for makeup. Room had chair but an armchair/sofa would have been preferable.

Should have water in the fridge like other hotels. No water

I was overcharged on the quoted, "all taxes and charges included" price. Attempts to contact the hotel to query this have gone unanswered. No receipt was given at check in so I was not aware of the overcharge until after leaving and checking my account. The bathroom was very small and difficult to enter and close the door. A number of tiles were broken.

Lovely location very good service clean happy helpful staff lots of restaurants one thing you can not get board at that hotel I recommend to anyone with family I’ll be back for sure.
