Rapid wifi, very friendly manager. The bed was comfortable and the sofa + kitchen were great to have. Shower powerful and hot. Very short walk to the beach/promenade.

The 1st room we were given was filthy. The balcony was covered in bird excrement. The floor in the room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for years. When we complainestimate we were given another which was a little better. Because it was early evening we stayed onemail night and found better, cleaner accommodation elsewhere.

It would have been better if it had been cleaned. We have complained to Booking.com but as yet have not had the courtesy of a reply. The accommodation we moved to was $3 a night more and far superior in every way.

Property was clean and room was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children 17&15. Plenty of car parking and the room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

The room was just like the photo. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern.

I always find the cups or mugs, (not just this place), are always small and thick. I would like some nice thin mugs in the room so I have a decent size cup of tea in a thin mug. They can be picked up reasonably cheaply from many stores.

We didn’t eat breakfast but location was good but a little bit was far from city.

I think need to clean room every day or every two days and change towels every day or every two days no after 7 day.

Staff is friendly and location is very near to airport so it might be a good place if you are taking early flight in next morning

Facilities are quite old and I am not aware that my deluxe spa studio room is at 2/F without elevator before check-in, need to manually pick up all 4 heavy luggage upstairs myself The room key’s design is also old style - plug in and out the key it will switch on and off all the things - actually not good for durability of electrical appliances and also not convenient if one needs to get outside while another one wanted to stay in the room. Better to provide one more key.

There was no breakfast available.

The room wasn’t clean,we asked for clean towels and we’re only available every 4days.The staff were less than hospitable.1 little carton of milk,when we asked for more they said they would have to charge us.The face washers were just towels cut into pieces.
