1) It seems we spend half of our vacation time waiting for or in the elevator :) Going down from 9th floor was quite a challenge. First you wait for a long time for it and then on the way down it stops on every floor, already overcrowded. It would be nice to add an indication where the elevator currently is. Then people can take a decision to just walk down or call only the closest one. 2) Toilet was not cleaned properly when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved after we complained on reception.

Value, close to beach resturants and bus.

Your pool needs attention and that clock thing I complained about was annoying showed management had no attention to detail

The swimming pool is great and it has a very good breakfast. all the staff is very nice, always ready to support the needs.

The hotel was very clean and location excellent for beach

I felt hotel was a long walk from town centre as there wasn't footpaths for some of the walk and we were walking along a busy road with no hard shoulder. Also there was no supermarket near hotel and the hotel shop didn't sell water. We had to purchase water in snack bar which came to a total of €10.50 for one large bottle and two small bottles. I thought this was very expensive but we were left with no other choice as water wasn't available to us .anywhere else. Thanks.

Good variation in breakfast options. Room was pretty big and great airco. Friendly staff.

The staff were charming and very helpful. The room was spacious with an excellent view. The breakfast was good with a wide selection.

The hotel needs restoring. All the umbrellas round the pool were broken so the only shade was under the trees far from the pool. The evening buffet was bland and uninteresting. Some of the staff did not speak Portuguese.

Enjoyable stay, while the hotel is slightly dated that did not have any impact on our stay. We were greeted by friendly staff on our arrival. Our room what spacious with great views over the beach. Plenty of beds around the pool for everyone and a 3min walk to the beach/boardwalk.you can ramble into the village in 10 mins and taxi back was approximately 5euro. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and staff were constantly replenishing dishes.

the cost of a bottle of water at the gym !!! CRAZY EXPENSIVE. and it was “ impossible “ to get our bottle refilled.. asked at reception and they said not possible musician in bar not the best

I liked the breakfast, there was a great selection, however the dinner was not so good, not so good at all, I think there needs to be more choices for special diet people, for example my niece is a vegetarian and there were not so many choices for her in the evening and it was a let down, I mean what is the harm or a vegetable lasagne or something of that sort. The rooms were big, spacious and clean to the eye. The access to the beach is very good. The car parking was easy. The staff are lovely (doing the best they can) All in all these above qualities are good but are expected in a hotel. The bar staff were great, Nuno and the young lad with the glasses working the sunset bar last Sunday and Monday were very good.

The dinner choices were very very poor way, too many salads with seafood and not enough vegetatian options. Hotel is dated, very dated and could do with a renovation which undoubtedly will cost them a lot of money due to its size. The entrance from the main road has a dip in in, do not bring a sports car or a low car there as it will damage the car. Some of the staff at breakfast and dinner lacked personal hygiene and this could be smelt. There needs to be another place to get refreshments outside by the pool as if you are sitting in the shade it's a long walk to the bar then a struggle back and let's have it right, it's a holiday not a trekking adventure.
