Decorațiunea, amplasamentul .
Probleme scurgere baie, restaurantul a fost închis, micul dejun nu foarte diversificat ( același toate zilele ), puțin cam rece. Baia Mare doar problema cu instalația sanitara, se scurgea în baie, chiuveta blocata. Las comentariul doar în speranța că se corectează. Hotelul frumos are perspectiva.

beautiful location, very kind and friendly staff
it has seen better days. bathroom would welcome a bit of adjustment, it’s visible that peak time of the hotel was some time ago but this should not stop anyone from visiting.

we liked the view of the mountain and the sound of howling wolves at night
don’t know where to start it was so so bad. we changed hotels!
don’t be fooled by the vampire theme - it’s basic and lame. this place is a tourist trap and the website is lies. none of the pictures are accurate - maybe once upon a time it was like the pictures but now it’s basically a 1 star hotel.
check in - no one was around and the whole place was empty.
our room was musty and had zero ventilation. no air conditioning and a noisy old fan.
no water in the room
shower head had to be held at all times when showering as it’s positioned too low and water pressure was bad
beds were terribly hard and uncomfortable - did not sleep well at all
the restaurant was not open for our stay
breakfast was basic and ok
there are no staff here - the place is basically shutting down and a sad sad existence
every local we came across was sad for us staying here and questioned why we bothered
they just don’t care anymore and I would AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
we moved down the road to a much better place for our last night

We changed the room from twin beds to a bigger one; the first room was small but the second one was great;
the bathroom door was broker - it couldnt be closed

Amazing place, really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Room was outstanding.
Highly recommend.
The spa services were not available, which was a great shame as that was why we chose this location over another.

It was a good experience to feel like really living in a vampire castle. The staff are good and supportive.
Location far from traffic and noises.
The lighting was dimmed all time.
The annex building wifi wasn’t operational during our stay despite it was mentioned that it is available.

Staff, Fitness, massage, the castle (search for exits to get on the outside roofs), candles on dinner tables, warm in hotel and rooms.

Staff was responsive and kind, but the atmosphere was kind of sad. No energy in the air.
Music in walls cand be a good idea, but sometimes worked, sometimes it did not or bad signal. There is volume and on/off buttons in walls for music but we were not aware about.

Poor breakfast. Unconfortable pillows. Dirty walls in the room. Ruster heater in the bathroom. Toilet too close to the wall, uncomfortable pksition.

Great hotel with fun decorations and thematics, looks like a mini version of the Bran Castle!
The heating inside the building was extremely high (>25 degrees) compared to the temperatures outside (+5-10). To eat breakfast comfortably in the morning we had to open a window in the dining room. The breakfast could have been a lot more varied (more fruits or vegetarian options).

breakfast was very poor, it wasn’t clean, we asked to clean the rooms they only took the bin out, there was no hairdryer, there were no hangers
we called the receptionist to order water to the room, we were told to come and take it our self
